Just got home with the “festive feast” plus extras. The white gravy was so watered down. Big time. Not normal for this location been coming for years. Not sure I will be back. Everything else was great. Bad day? And the chicken barely done. It’s Sunday and not a customer around, why would chicken not be cooked and gravy watered down? It’s 2pm….

We ordered the 8 piece family meal to go. Should have checked the order BEFORE we left. Upon serving the meal we found the chicken to have been way over cooked and also appeared to have been reheated! The meat was like a piece of leather!
Also the piece’s were extremely small like half the size of a normal chicken! (See pictures) but doesn’t really show how really bad this was! Tried calling several times and no one answer the phone! This was at 2:30 pm! We had been the only customer at the time we ordered!
Folks this place continues to produce inferior food! Why do we go there… because it is the only one near us.
I should have checked it because they almost always screw the order up! GO TO CHICK FELLET!!!

This particular location has always been dirty and run down, but I’ve never had any real issues with it until today. Huge black hair deep down in my potato bowl. I’ve never had this happen at any restaurant in my life. It kind of shocked me, it had to be in the pot of mashed potatoes itself because it didn’t come out till I was pretty deep into the bowl. I have short hair, and as you can see it is stuck in the mashed potatoes themselves.

The place was disgustingly dirty. Food all over the floor. The buffet looked like it had been there all day, food scattered everywhere. We had to clean a table to eat at because none of the tables were clean. Why is the Xmas tree still up?

The food here was fantastic, with the fried chicken and chicken strips cooked to perfection. The service was impressively fast and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and focused on customer satisfaction. On a previous visit, we had an issue with overcooked food, but management resolved it quickly and professionally. If you’re craving chicken or fast food, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

I grew up on KFC, but it’s been decades since I’ve made a part of our family new routine. I drive past this location every day, and had a craving for chicken one night so I downloaded the app and there are great deals in the app.

KFC is probably the most uneven, inconsistent national chain I know of. Those that enjoy this location would probably loose their minds at a well run KFC. In the land of Tyson it baffles me why they don’t seem to understand how to correctly fry the KFC way. The chicken visibly looks off and taste like grocery store chicken. Surprisingly the Cheeto’s sandwich was better than expected and I’d choose it over the chicken if I had to eat here again. However I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Moldy food. Told the manager and she tried to gaslight me and say it was coleslaw bc they keep it next to the cheese. Asked her to bring it back and she conveniently threw it away. Good thing I took pictures first
