Always young teen staff who have no manners. Wouldn’t bother me too much if the food was good at least but no. Breadsticks practically uncooked, dough-like and there was absolutely no seasoning. My pizza was burnt along the side. Again, everytime I come there, usually during the evening, the atmosphere is chaotic and unorganized.

I get a thin crust pizza every Friday, honestly I only go because I get a free large pep service is horrible, I’m told we have it but we can’t sell it to you as the kid is shoving the free pizza in my face. He went and ask the manager if he could sell me the thin crust and she told him no. Again the kid is shoving the free pizza in my face saying we can’t sell you the thin crust. I asked to speak with the manager and she says no as she is busy in the back talking to what seemed like her sister. After going back and forth somebody from the back came and apologized and finally took my order. I get the pizza finally and because I asked for thin crust the pizza crust is literally 2” high. The absolute worse service I have ever had. I will never spend another $1 in that store. Week after week I went only to have horrible service. It’s not worth going back even for my free pizza.

You could clearly tell the crew tonight was short staffed and with everything going on via phone calls and drive-through multiple people in the lobby. One person genuinely stood out to me and that would be I believe her name is Haley while the other group of the crew seemed to be chasing their tails, unable to keep track of what they were making who they were making it for how many Miss Haley went above and beyond with customers, clearly communicating, and giving us accurate time frames to the best of her ability with everything that was going on. I grew up in kitchens and I’ve dealt with customer service most of my life. I have roughly a decade of management so when I say that this girl was holding it down and clearly deserves a raise very rarely have I seen that level of professionalism with all of the chaos that was going on tonight.

Longer than average wait time for a large pepperoni pizza. Not impressed with their pizza. Staff could have been more friendly (smile). Not a lot of drink options in cooler due to low invitory stocked. Hard to get in and out of driveway due to traffic and only one way in and out. I will not be going back to this place.

Can’t get a basic online order right, even though it is clearly written out via the system. A 3 meat pizza and a pretzel crust pepperoni pizza are not complicated orders, and yet somehow they can’t master this on multiple different days. My bad for giving them 3rd chance.

Never got my refund from Christmas eve order. Placed a pickup order on christmas eve on website. Showed up and they were closed. Would of been nice to be told that on the website.

I requested a refund for a mistake in my order but was denied by the owner. Getting them to remake the pizza was a struggle, but I eventually got a new pizza. The only positive aspect was one employee who remained courteous and helped keep me calm. Unfortunately, the management lacks customer service skills, and I feel sorry for the employees. I won’t be returning unless there’s new ownership and management.
