Dewey’s Bar & Grill is a hidden gem in the town of Stoneham. Open only 2 days a week it is worth the trip to this small town. When I am in Colorado to visit family this is at the top of my list! They are known for their prime rib which my husband hit the jackpot on this trip! He brought a smile to the owner’s face as he sat there and cleaned his plate with one of the dinner rolls. My go to main dish is the filet mignon which was cooked exactly how I like it! My favorite appetizer is their fried green beans. They used to have spicy green beans but the supplier doesn’t have them anymore. So, they found an alternate for me with some spice on the side that I can dip it in. Highly recommend this stop!

Wife and I stopped in for lunch on our way to Nebraska. Saw the sign on the main road and decided we had to stop in based on proximity to so many cattle ranches. Food and service did not disappoint. Owner and his Sister were extremely hospitable and did not steer us wrong. Prime rib sandwich was gigantic with a side of crispy sweet potato fries. Rib-eye was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Came with a side salad, onion rings, corn and a dinner roll. Prices were great and below what the same meal would have cost at a steakhouse! Given the challenges with staffing, supply chain, and inflation across the country Dewey’s is a Gem that deserves our support!

When looking for a bathroom on a road trip, we got lucky this amazing little restaurant was open! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try their famous prime rib, but the food hit the spot. The staff were very inviting and hospitable. They even gave my wife a free piece of birthday cake! And if you’ve read this far and are still curious — the bathrooms were immaculate.

Never been there before.Somebody had recommended this place. Went in and was put off by.Did you make a reservation?We said we had never been. The woman that sat us is we feel said very rudely said well, we expect reservations. It took a while for the waitress to warm up handy kinder. Will say the food was delicious. But do to how we were greeted this is a 1 and done for us.

This place was absolutely adorable. Beautiful decor, friendly staff. A nice homey feel. Then the food was absolutely delicious!! The prime isn’t ready until sometime after 5:30 typically so prepare for that. We scored the end pieces due to them accommodating our arrival before 5:30. Get the chocolate cake, you won’t taste a better chocolate cake ever! Our family will be back time and time again. HIGHLY recommend.

Ate there with a group of 7 on 10/27. Best rib steak I have ever eaten, and the accompanying salad, baked potato and corn were just as good! It was a little pricey but well worth it. The jalapeno poppers were fabulous!
