I have been here numerous times! Always hits the spot. Friendly service! And OH that lemonade! Most recent visit needed a quick Sunday lunch before an appointment. The new El Pastor Chicken was delicious. The Honey chipotle chicken was great as well.
Ill will agree with other reviewers who state an inconsistency of portions. Ive had all sorts. But we are all human and can make mistakes. It certainly isnt consistently smaller portions. They do well 80-90% of the times I go. So a little grace can go a long way!

I am a frequent Chipotle visitor for many years. Although I love the food, sometimes the service is “hit-or-miss.” I want very pleasantly surprised by the great and friendly service that Makyla gave to us tonight. Her kind and courteous personality, smiling face, and genuinely positive service made this visit not just a great meal but a great experience. A great experience as usual. But I will say this about the Greenville location. The woman that make your burrito or bowl give out better portions than the men. Not sure why that is. But it definitely is pretty consistently like that.

There was a little bit of a wait to order, but that’s understood at Chipotle. The food was fresh, hot and my bowl was delicious. The staff was kind and professional. I will be back again.

It was 30 minutes before close, and they had about half of cheese left and said they didn’t have anymore(which I’m sure is a lie, they just didn’t want to go through the trouble) so I had to cancel my second burrito because of lack cheese. As I looked at the make table, most of the food had a film in it from sitting, most looked pretty gross, so the burrito we did get, luckily didn’t need those ingredients. The people working were not helpful, I heard them say they were closing soon about 5 different times as reasons for having chips, shredded cheese, and other. There was no apology, no offer to try to make it right, just the very easy to read faces and voices that wanted me to leave. I really like Chipotle, but I won’t go to this one again, we’ve had some questionable experiences there before but none anytime close to this bad

Hours of operation till 10pm! I did go in at 9:55 I understand its right before close. But its before close, the worker I could tell was not happy I pulled in. I seen her throw her hands up and shake her head because she had another customer to deal with.. Your open till 10 maybe adjust your schedule so that way your a little more chipper for those who do get off late and need a bite. Then I got inside and hardly ANYTHING was still stocked. Again your open till 10. You should be able to accommodate those who come in. Did not appreciate the attitude from employee and the fact it was not stocked made it worse… Needless to say couldn’t order anything.

When I stepped through the door, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. I was greeted very courteously, and process moved efficiently along the way. To show the level of care that the employee behind the counter had for the customer, the lady in front of me felt like she did not get enough rice in her bowl, although she got the standard amount. The woman behind the counter did not argue with her at all, but simply gave her an extra spoonful in each bowl. Rice is cheap, customers are priceless. Would definitely return.

Ordered online for a pervious order showed up and was told the meat is unavailable so we needed to call or choose something else had no number to call to get a refund. The manager could not care about the issue I will never order for a company that takes more money than what I received 13 for 10 sound like I got screwed with no for play.
