An excellent curry house in Cornwall. Superb quality of food. We at Lamb Balti, Lamb Pathia, chilli special rice (this is a must try) and onion bahjis. Our order was prepared very quickly, tender generous chunks of flavourful lamb and excellent sauces, which weren’t in the slightest greasy.

Had a Chicken Madras, pilau rice and a garlic naan. The Madras had good flavour and lovely chicken too, the rice was what you expect, and the naan was one of the best I’ve had in a while! Not too expensive either, with good portion sizes Staff was friendly too

We were visiting from London and decided to try Red Chilli in Penryn—what a fantastic decision! From start to finish, everything was outstanding. The chicken tikka masala was rich and flavorful, the lamb Rogan Josh was beautifully tender, and the garlic naan was perfectly fluffy with just the right amount of crisp.
The service was warm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home. The portions were generous, and the flavors were truly authentic. It’s rare to find a place that nails both food and hospitality so perfectly!
If you’re in the area, Red Chilli is an absolute must-visit. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Cornwall!

For a long time Red Chili’s has been a great little gem in Penryn. There was a brief spurt in Jan 2025 where maybe the chef was new – I noticed this as well as previous review. But just got my usual order again, 3 curries, and was great.

Absolutely fantastic Indian takeaway! RedChilli delivers both incredible flavors and top-notch service. The dishes are always fresh, bursting with authentic spices, and cooked to perfection. Their butter chicken and lamb biryani are personal favorites, but every dish I’ve tried has been excellent. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. If you’re in the area, RedChilli is a must-try. Highly recommended.
