Yesterday I purchased dinner from Whataburger, and after taking a couple of bites, I noticed that the chicken breast in my burger was completely raw in the middle. It was not even partially cooked — it was fresh, raw chicken meat.
I have the receipt as proof of purchase and also took videos showing the uncooked chicken.
What makes this even worse is that the order took over 30 minutes to prepare, yet the food still came out completely undercooked. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control.
I hope management takes this issue seriously and ensures this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I ordered a whataburger w/o buns and a side of fries!
Every time I come here it’s 20+ min wait. This is NOT a place I would recommend coming to on your way home, on your way to work, especially if you’re hungry. I’ve never worked fast food so don’t have a clue what goes on back there but it’s definitely NOT anything I’ve ever experienced before at any other Whataburger location.

This whataburger is literally the worst in texas, every time it’s something wrong with the order. Today I got a jalapeño cheddar biscuit that was hard as a rock. Last visit they left something out of my order and the time before that the soda was bad. The employees are more concerned with clearing the drive thru rather than making sure the food is made correctly, or ensuring that it’s even edible. This whataburger is 2 mins from my house and from now on I’ll drive the 20 minutes it takes to get to any other place. Uhland tx whataburger is TRASH

So, it’s going to taste just like any other Whataburger but what makes this one special is the amount of time you’re going to wait to order, and the amount of time it takes to receive your order. They are HORRIBLY SLOW! If you think using the app while be quicker, think again. There’s no get up and go from any of the employees after 6pm.

I love this location! I placed an order online for 135 when I meant to put 335. When I arrived and realized my mistake the manager , Ms Kristy Hernandez, informed me the order was thrown out because it had been sitting for long. Without hesitation, she put my order back in and did not charge me even though I insisted! This location never ceases to impress me with its cleanliness, friendly staff, stellar management, and absolute professionalism. I highly recommend every stops by here for a delicious meal!

Everything is great but I don’t know that the heck they’re doing with the fries lol! I’ve gone several times over the course of 4 months and different times and it’s like maybe the fries need to cook a little longer than they do or something.

For being fairly new, our service was great. They forgot gravy, but an easy fix and apologized for the mishap. Didn’t have to wait long and food was hot and fresh! I’ve gone twice now and both were great experiences. So glad this is down the road from us!

We live across the street and avoid eating at this location. Food takes forever to receive with minimal patrons in the store. Food has been wrong everytime. Drive-thru is just as bad. Workers standing around on their phones while people are waiting for food. Place was clean tho. Better be since its brand new. Sad everybody We talked too in our neighborhood said they ate their twice ( second for confirmation) and won’t be eating here again. Make Burgers Great Again.
