Service was amazing! We were seated as soon as we walked in, and drinks came fast! Food was excellent and we will definitely be returning!

Food was ok but the service was terrible. Took over an hour to get our order. Watched as another party just walked out.

New ownership has proven that this restaurant is back on the map. The former owner had bad quality food, but this owner has fantastic food, a caring attitude and is not afraid to meet and greet customers. I love the energy at the new Bears Den, everyone needs to come back and see the transformation in quality

Call ahead to see what’s on the menu!!!
Not sure when they have the buffet but it’s not on Saturday. AYCE fish is on Friday according to their Facebook page. However, whe went on Saturday it was AYCE fish???
The waitress tried to explain that the specials change as well as the days for buffet.
We went for the buffet but should’ve called ahead because they did NOT has the buffet on Saturday 3/14/26.
Fish was OK, fries were not.
Grilled chicken breast was OK. Overyly peppered for me.
Sautéed cabbage was dry. It appeared that there was no butter nor oil used. Weird. It’s tasted OK.
Service was slow considering they were not busy with plenty of wait staff.
Hopefully they will get more organized with the buffet. Keeping Facebook up to date would be helpful.
For us, the distance and lack of information we will wait awhile before we try it again.

These are by far the best mozzarella sticks I have ever had. 100% recommend. Also check out this Build a burger with fried mozzarella squared.

To start with the good, the service here is actually pretty good. The servers are nice, the cooks are fast and it’s not a long wait for food and drinks. My problem was with the food itself. The old plaza inn had amazing food, the chicken noodle soup was a personal favorite and was always good quality, same with the chicken. This new shtick? It’s not like that in terms of quality. I got mozzarella sticks and the chicken Alfredo, the mozzarella sticks weren’t too bad but they looked super weird. Not a problem, they weren’t amazing but they weren’t bad. It was the chicken Alfredo. When I got it I noticed it looked like school lunch food, it did not look good. But I figured it was like the mozzarella sticks, looks weird tastes alright. I was wrong, first bite it tasted weird but eh. After about 3 bites I got super nauseous, I was just sitting there staring off into space genuinely wondering if I was about to throw up or not. I had to just push the food aside and lay my head down. Who knows, maybe the Alfredo is just the one thing to absolutely avoid and the burgers are really good, I just know that was one of the worst experiences I had with restaurant food. And the Alfredo was $16 too, $16 to feel like you’re gonna throw up your guts. At the very least everyone was pretty nice and polite, but whatever you do don’t get the Alfredo.
