Not only are the bowls delicious, but the kindness of the folks running the truck is incredible. I’m a diabetic who showed up with dropping blood sugar, before they were officially open, and they gave me a banana to tide me over until they were able to prepare a bowl. Also, did I mention the bowls are delicious???? Definitely check them out.
