Fun place to try! Burger was alright – not a fan of their buns and the burger seemed like a frozen patty I get at Costco. Waitress said the owner was gone (vacation? Can’t remember) and they had a mix up with orders so they had no steak that night. Onion rings were thin and delicious, fries weren’t hot. I will definitely try them again when I’m in town, I will just not order the burger again.

Enjoyed the specials tonight of meat & cheese raviolis with meat sauce and fish & chips (cod supplied from Waterfront market). Everything was hot and tasty.
Plenty of seating when we arrived but it filled up quickly. Our waitress Stacy was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Great restaurant in a small town.

We had a surprise birthday party here with roughly 30 people in attendance this past Sunday afternoon. I can’t say enough about how easy John made the whole process and how wonderful his staff was to work with. He built a beautiful food spread and worked with me and my budget to deliver the perfect options to please a big group. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable while the food was elevated and delicious. Our bartender, Bella, was quick and friendly and a joy to work with. I wish I could have a party here every weekend and can’t wait to return! Our friends and family are still raving.

When we walked in was greeted right away from our server Bella she was so nice and accommodating. My sister had hot beef sandwich WOW! It was excellent and the Shrimp dinner as well. Great kids menu as well. Will be back soon and well worth the drive. A lot of food for the price!

Awesome new place. The food was delicious. We had the bbq burger, bison quesadilla, chicken sandwich and the onion rings. Everything was fresh. Prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend a visit. Interior is super cool too.

This place is a gem of Dallas Center! I went here for lunch today for the first time and was very impressed with the atmosphere, food, and service. The seasonal tenderloin was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The rest of the menu sounded just as amazing. I’ll definitely be back to try more of it!

We went back for dinner and the prime rib special was also delicious! Cooked perfectly, tons of flavor in the meat, the green beans, and the mashed potatoes. The food punches above what I’d expect in small town Iowa
