My friend wanted to try this place out and I had been wanting to go, so we tried it tonight and it was the best choice.
If you read thru the reviews, its clear anyone who left a negative review had never been happy at most places they reviewed.
Food, was flavor filled and fresh
Service, SIMPLY DEVINE- Johnny is friendly sweet and attentive to everyone in the room.
Atmosphere, sure we didn’t get the full feel cause its winter and only the down stairs was opened but I plan to stop back!
Thank you for for being a spot for everyone.
I wish parking was easier but worth finding a spot for sure!

Visited several times. Always glad I went. Great rooftop bar/patio situation. That’s the key for me. Since we don’t get the most ☀️ sunny days.
They’ve built a speak easy, coffee/pastry shop, dinner pub, the the outdoor spaces within their footprint. Very cool. Parking is “urban”. I.E. the adjacent streets are the answer.
Give them credit. They’ve made the place enough enough of a destination that people come anyways.
Come & have fun. There’s a type of space for everyone.

I reserved an igloo for a Saturday night and everything was perfect. We were greeted warmly and there was hardly a wait before a friend and I were shown to our igloo. Communication prior to the night over email was great – we pre-ordered and everything was brought to us once we were settled. The food was great. Highly recommend the hot chocolate carafe with Bailey’s! After we went to the speakeasy for a few more drinks to end a lovely evening. Will be back!

Emerald cocktail kitchen is the perfect Chill spot for LGBTQIA community gather and enjoy the atmosphere good service from excellent mixologist with craft perfection cocktails. I myself had enjoyed many drinks, but the shamrock, espresso martini, and the peanut butter and jelly cocktail are my five star favorite Go to’s. The rooftop gives a wonderful view of Syracuse’s Far west side. And the curated events are fun and entertaining. The male bartender Is an excellent mixologist and crafts beverages into a perfect selection. I’m very happy I found this perfect little gem here in Syracuse

Cocktail was good overall, we ordered ELM and ASPEN which were decent but not exceptional. The rooftop was a highlight though, with cozy blankets and a fire pit to keep you warm. It’s a great place to relax and talk or enjoying the view of Syracuse, but you do need to order something to go there, which does make sense.

Went there for cocktail and a bite to eat. This is such a great addition to Syracuse. I love the cocktail menu and the food that we had was pretty good. They do have a rooftop bar which is weather dependent but the atmosphere inside varies from cozy for couples to bigger areas for parties.

It’s more than a cocktail, it’s a vibe. Forget for a happy hour that you’re in Syracuse. I appreciate when a venue lets me take a mental vacation. Clean. Modern. A few plants to bring Mother Earth to the gathering. The seasonal cocktail (pumpkin espresso martini) was tasty and rang in at $14. You decide if it’s expensive or to be expected. Bartenders were young and cheerful while swatting the bees that were taking a last stand at the bar. The bees were docile – they’ve accepted that summer is over. I, on the other hand, have not and am here to enjoy the fading sunshine. I didn’t eat this visit but I snapped the menu for you. Do it! Fall is vibing on the rooftop.

I have been wanting to take my husband here for some time. I finally decided to take him for a Father’s Day/ Birthday surprise brunch as I was browsing their website and saw they had some open spots that day I made a reservation around 12am the very morning of. Excited to go I call on the way to ask details of parking and make sure I’m all set when i get there. The girl on the phone tells me the reservation is only for the second floor dining. I say so we cannot eat on the roof then, she says you can be it will be a small fee ($10/PP). I reply, well I refuse to pay $20 to cancel a reservation that I showed up for just chose to eat in a different spot. So upon arrival we go in, there’s a hostess stand but no one there to greet you. We wait a moment but I didn’t want to be considered late so we decide to go upstairs. When we get up there the waitress greeted us and asked if I was there for the 11:30 reservation, I say yes and I ask again about eating on the rooftop. She says I can speak to the manager about it. Ok. Manager comes out, states she’s the owner and explains her end of things. Argues with me in front of other customers in the dining room. Says that it states in the “fine print” that it’s for the second floor only. Like seriously, I have to read “fine print” to make a reservation at a restaurant now. What kind of business is this. And if I fail to do so I will be charged against my will because I have to put my credit info in to make the reservation. All because I wanted to sit on the roof and not inside for my husband’s special brunch without our kids! She asked me what she could’ve done better. I explained she could’ve put that info where it was clear to see and NOT in “fine print”. And I even showed her a screen shot of what I read and that it states nothing about just being on the second floor. She explained I had to agree to it upon putting in my payment info. I admit, I did not read the “fine print” to make a restaurant reservation especially within a 5 minute window, otherwise you lose the spot. So after all the argument in front of others to my embarrassment. She says that I can either go somewhere else and not be charged or I can eat on the roof. I declined, stayed on the second floor. We ordered our food, the waitress was great but I wasn’t very impressed with the food. The steak in my breakfast burrito was dry like it was reheated from a day or two ago. It had potential, but the potatoes had no flavor and it lacked flavor in general. My husband enjoyed his croissant dish, but said his home fries lacked flavor as well. We also shared the blueberry French toast. It was alright, the compote was good but it lacked the cream filling. The French toast itself had no flavor. And it was served with plain syrup which did not compliment the dish at all. It’s unfortunate, I really wanted to love this place but the whole experience was a turn off. We likely will not return.

Checked out the Emerald cocktail kitchen after the shamrock run race and had a drink and a bar bite! Drinks are really good! I had the honey nut cheerio martini and he had the Bryant irish coffee. It’s a cozy atmosphere the bar tender was friendly. Will come back again in summer when the roof top bar is open!

This is such a cool spot! My husband and I stopped in here while in town for a concert. The drinks were delicious and reasonably priced for craft cocktails. The food was also tasty and fun! My favorite part was the overall vibe and the rooftop bar views. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!
