8/18/25 Tables were dirty didn’t have order ready after placing it 30 mins earlier via app( hadn’t even started ) staff was busy talking with friends . Worst service. Didn’t have order right at all all 5 sandwiches were on wrong bread and didn’t have cookies ordered either

Went to the store a couple had just walked in and when I and my husband got there they locked the door so we stood by the door waiting for them to open it and they just looked at us. I knocked on the door and they pretended no to see us. A white female walked up knocked on the door then they came to answer. Only then is when they told her they was not letting anyone in and not taking anymore orders because they had a big order to fill. The lady said she was just making sure everything was okay because she saw people standing outside with the doors locked. I have never been treated so badly only trying to give the store our business. I won’t be going back.

The Hispanic woman working today was working by herself. No one should have to work like she was working. Customers kept coming in and people who made online orders were having to wait because she was alone. She was nice and friendly I could see she didn’t have to do anything, there were 5 bags of chips out and not alot of drink options in the cooler, because she did not have time to restock.
She needs help and if I was her I would not work under those conditions. She deserves recognition and a major raise in pay!!!!

Costumer service personelle smoking pot outside the establishment was the first indicator that I maybe shouldn’t have eaten here. Then the woman working the counter acted bothered that my husband wanted one of their new sandwiches? Sorry? This is not the first time that I have felt very unwelcome as a customer here. Most of the time I feel as though I should apologize for existing and go somewhere else. Overall, love the sandwiches. I’m just a little sad that this is how customers are treated.

Place is very dirty and food looks old. The staff is unhelpful. The soda machine ran out of EVERY soda and when I let them know one of the other customers said out loud “it’s always like that because the management doesn’t care” it’s so horrible that this place has a reputation of being awful. They didn’t refill the sodas and didn’t even offer us a refund in sodas we purchased that we couldn’t get. Employees handling food and money with the same gloves. The health dept needs to pay a visit to this place.

We stopped in to take advantage of the FLBOGO deal and the dumb little Mexican girl working the counter didn’t know what we were talking about. Actually she didn’t act like she even understood English very well. The manager had left while we were trying to place our order in the app so she was not there to help. We had the girl call her to see what to do and after about 10 minutes she held the phone out on speaker and some lady told us the app wasn’t working and they couldn’t fill our order so we left. This whole experience was very unprofessional and needs to be addressed by corporate before you run off all your business. We were also going to buy a box of cookies.

Workers were very rude and nit smiling. Got a Togo order, and I was sitting there waiting for it, and the girl put it on the pu shelf and walked out to get on her phone. When she came back in, I asked her why she didn’t tell me they were ready. I had already spoken to her when she told me they had no more black olives or banana peppers. Wow just wow!
