I’ve never had an issue with my orders but today ordered a papa bowl online and for 8.99 I think there should’ve been more. Ordered one a couple weeks ago and made 2 meals out of it. Today this is hardly an appetizer.

My experience has been pretty consistent. Only error is that if you want the little extras like garlic butter then you will have to let the drivers know because the other workers always forget…even when not busy.The drivers are the absolute best employees and represent them professionally with perfection!! I can’t say enough about the delivery drivers. They always take extra steps with customers and they really don’t have too but they seem like they appreciate their job and want to ensure it. Papa John’s in Harlan, Ky should take special notice on their drivers, they are the best and truly deserving of some type of reward like pay increase or whatever they do for rewarding. Having said this, please remember to .give your delivery drivers decent tips. We all know maintaining a vehicle isn’t cheap.

Their prices have really increased! We ordered from them 2 to 3 times a week.. now we might order from them once a month..if even that.. we’ve had to switch to little Caesar’s .. and papa John’s pizza is way better!!

We phoned in a order for two large thin crust pizza’s Wednesday 5:30 pm December 22, 2021′ and apparently my wife went to drive thru to get them on someone’s bad day at work. The cashier was extremely rude. When she asked for two garlic and butter dipping sauces she was rude again, was obvious she didn’t want to be there. The pizza maker had no hair net on or gloves, Every time she/me eats here, someone’s always rude or acts like they don’t want the customer there. The pizza was good but a bad experience ruin’s the meal.

Harlan, KY, order # 6877, July 5th 2018. I called in the order and specifically asked for the 2 large for $7.77 each. I received two medium pizzas and was charged $15.35 for the double pepperoni and $8.00 for the double mushroom. Also ordered a large works and cheese bread sticks. I also received a medium works instead of large. I was over-charged by approximately $8.00. My son picked up the pizza and questioned the female worker who stated that she could not re-do the order to make up for the over-charge. Thumbs down!!

Harlan, KY. Ours decides to cut off delivery time just wetf they want! Dough is good, sauce SUX! Did it again way before their actual cut off time! 4th time in 3 months, I’ll be contacting the owner because corporate is all ready aware! Management problems, even if they need drivers. Cut off is 11 tonight or supposed to be and use to be 11:15…Ok I get wanting to leave at quiting time, but 11? I call at 10:25 and I’m told cut off is at 11 for delivery, but they aren’t accepting anymore deliverys at 10:25? I’m pizzed at the Harlan, KY store!

Last time I went here I ordered 5 pizzas for pickup at 7:00. When I picked them up and drove home they were cold. I noticed that the guy wrote 6:30 on the slip when I said 7. So I never go here again. Papa John’s sucks
