This Burger King is FANCY for a fast food restaurant. We went on Whopper Wednesday due to the whopper jingle playing everyday day.
In the past if I ever wanted a French fry I’d just go to McDonald’s BUT now I’m going to Burger King. They were crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.
Overall very impressed with Burger King turning their operation around. 5/5

Can’t understand people. Nice at first taking order. Requested a bacon double cheeseburger- stupidly expecting a meal that is over $7 to at least be hot. Definitely NOT. cold uncooked fries and very cold not even remotely melted cheese with an extremely old bun.
I called in and the man that answered actually hung up without a word. I said this is bad when a customer expects a hot meal and gets on the freeway and realizes it’s old and cold.
I went to call back and he wouldn’t even pick up. I actually have been here quite few times and this is the first the sandwich was so bad you wouldn’t give it to a dog.
All I ask is to get what I pay for. Nothing more. Why is that so hard.

I just want to say how great it is to finally have a Burger King in the Neshannock Twp. area! I was able to stop in on this Burger King’s second day of business. The employees at this location doing fantastic work for the time they’ve been open. I would highly recommend anyone within this area to pay a visit to this new Burger King sometime.

I pulled into the drive through to order a simple bacon king meal, I pulled up to the window and handed the girl my money, she then proceeded to tell me to pull off to the side to wait. That’s fine. Sitting there for nearly 13 minutes before they came out with my meal I noticed the window girl never handed me my drink, I brought it to the girls attention and she proceeded to have the biggest attitude of all time, she huffed as if I were lying to her but stalked back in and gave it to me. This worker had a horrible attitude. horrible drive through service

when going through the drive-through i ordered my burger and then was getting a family pack and the way they said “now is that all” is a way like that a lot of food. and when i came around he wasn’t every friendly and when i pulled away his “gf” clapped like he did a great job. they are also put very little toppings on my burger. the down town one gives the proper amount and is more respectful

Honestly if I could give less than 1 star I would. You should think about having an adult working the lunch rush. The very rude kids working very rude and certainly unprofessional. I should have taken a hint from the two people in front of me walking out. The two people behind me did and I’m sure got to eat before I did. I took my daughter on her first day of preschool for a treat and let me tell you it was anything but a treat. After 15 minutes we got a happy meal that was thrown across the counter from a very unprofessional young lady.

I placed the mobile order for a bacon double cheeseburger, add onion and mayo. I did NOT request that they remove the ketchup, mustard, and pickle. When I got home to eat, my burger had only onion and mayonnaise. When I called to advise them of their error, the female, Brandy, that answered the phone didn’t even offer to replace my burger, which I believe is standard practice.
