These were honestly some of the best empanadas I’ve had. The filling was flavorful and juicy. The dough was different than your average empanada. I don’t really know how to explain it but it works very well. I’m hooked on these empanadas, unfortunately the hours of operations are very short and random. Other than that, I have nothing but great things to say about these empanadas. Can’t wait to have them again!

These are authentic and spectacularly delicious Bolivian salteñas and alfajores. I am a vegetarian, and their veggie salteñas are way better than any I’ve tried in Bolivia. I am definitely coming back!

Absolutely fabulous! The empanadas are simply beautiful. They’d be delightful for a party but make the perfect lunch. Fillings cooked beautifully, and the sauce! YUM!!

The beef empanadas are to die for; they don’t skimp on the olives and raisins!! Receta riquísima. Y los alfajores son bien hechos, with cookies soft but not too crumbly.

I highly recommend the salteñas at Andean Delights. I think that the salteñas Andean Delights make can compare to any of the great salteñas made in La Paz, Bolivia, and I can attest that because, I am from Bolivia and go there once a year.! All three types are superb in flavor and always come out perfect from the oven. I order them very frequently because all my children and friends enjoy them so very much!
