Noonz Airborne RC (Airborne R/C)
I’ve been to many Popeyes and this town has a REP for new food places sucking. Not because the resturaunt itself byt by employees and management. 01-03-26 @ 7:23 p.m. This place was out of Patty’s so no sandwiches, out of Mac and cheese, out of barbecue sauce. The food was horrible the spicy chicken tenders did NOT look right, looked reheated and no batter, biscuit was dry and HARD AS A ROCK! I always give a place a chance, NEVER AGAIN at this location. Go onto base and save a headache.

The drive thru line was very long so I decided to go inside to order. It was just as busy. Service was good and the food was fresh. Took about 10 minutes to get our food.

The staff were nice but just REALLY REALLY disappointing to come home and check that ALL of the biscuits in our order were NOT in the bag when I get home to enjoy a nice dinner for New Year’s Eve. I can’t even trust this location anymore to include everything that comes in a family meal and now I have to be bothered and highly inconvenienced to come back with my receipt to get my 4 biscuits looking Ridiculous. Also
To mention the service in the drive thru is terribly slow. Dutch bros next door has better customer service and speed, probably an employee issue and definitely internal is nothing is changing, should be ashamed.

CrazyHow there’s a huge line all the time. And then the lady in the drive through is on TikTok live i went today ordered a 3 piece tender meal with mashed potatoes and fries and a drink was forgetting my fries and my mashed potatoes didnt have gravy learn how to do your job before you try to be an influencer. I don’t know her name, but she was wearing a black hoodie today, and instead of doing her job, she’s just looking at her phone talking to her “fans.” And where are their managers? Oh, never mind. He decides to show up in the live instead of telling her to get off. Good luck. And do better

They are wayyyyy too slow. Waiting over 20 minutes in line for one order of dippers, fries and two pies is ridiculous (it was not that busy there either). It’s just fried food, not gourmet cooking. I counted at least 5 employees in there so no excuses. Also, last two times I went I had hair in my food and one looked liked a cat’s hair.

Me and my kids loves the food, my complaints are for the service, the last 2 times I been there, there’s a cashier who takes orders in front and the drive thru, she has very poor customer service, I usually order several things and she will not let me finish my order before she will be asking “anything else?” I had to asked her to be patient and wait for me to finish my order, they took a long time, and she was just giggling with the other coworkers, when I went through the drive through, she took my order with an attitude has well, I seen several reviews with the same problem, I’m pretty sure is the same employee and nothing as change, which makes me believe the general manager doesn’t care either, I will like to continue going without having to wonder how the customer service is going to be that day

Service is painfully slow. Keep telling myself “maybe they’re having a rough day” and then I’ll go back another day and run into the same problem. Most of the time, I’ll be waiting 20-40 minutes. Today’s experience : waited 20 minutes, chicken was cold (not a hint of warmth), ordered spicy and got regular. Not sure I’ll be returning. * cue generic response *

Sometimes the service is good, but more than half the time its slow. You can stand at the counter for 15 minutes while the staff just look at you before someone finally acknowledges you. Then you put in your order and you can hear the staff talking about quitting or how much they hate this place. Then about 30 minutes later, you get your food. The food is usually hot and fresh so that is always good.

Manager working December 5th at 9pm was extremely rude. I informed him of an issue on the app not allowing customers to add biscuits to their orders. He was incredibly disrespectful and was full of attitude. I will never order from this location again. Treat your customers with respect.

Very poor service. I had an online order scheduled for pick up at 4:55. I arrived at 4:55 – they said it would be 6 more minutes and they would bring it to me. Twenty minutes later I went in and the manager said, “it just came out.”
This is not our first bad experience here; however, it will be our last.
