I spoke with April while placing my order and she was so incredibly kind! She is a great representation of what a hometown restaurant needs. She was thorough with walking me through menu options and helped me make the best choice for my order. She was great!
Now, as far as the food here goes: 10/10!
Their cheese sticks are crazy good!! They make their dough in house and shred their cheese fresh daily. They make exceptional pizza (and more)… To be honest, their food is so good, it’s so top notch that it’s like what I’d expect from a large city with a bustling populous that demands the highest quality. This Pizza Plus location would rival any pizza place in a metropolitan area, it’s literally that good.
My husband and I are new to the area and we’ve tried so many places (even in Abingdon) but nothing has hit the spot like this place. ❤️
Again, shout out to April for being super patient with me and shout out to the crew here – Y’all make some banging goods! Keep up the excellent work!

Went peak lunch hour for buffet. There was one dried up BBQ pizza, an empty tray, and a dessert pizza. I had to ask for another kind of pizza. I got water but was charged for a drink (ithink) because the ‘receipt’ was hand written with no explanation for the charges or total. At least the salad was good and fresh

Decent variety on the menu. The sandwich I offered took a bit for them to make, but if tasted great. No complaints from my companions who got a personal pan pizza and a plate of spaghetti.
The place didn’t look open from the outside, but we smelled the pizza so knew something was cooking. Not a lot of in-person diners, but plenty of drive up pickup. Nice place with a young crew.

I am just trying to save someone from getting sick at this Pizzs Plus Saltville location.
I think the problem with this location is young kids behind a counter working in a restaurant should be trained much better. We ate at the Saltville location.
Good luck ti anyone who eat at this location. In 2023 we ate here twice a week and it was much better.
We order a large thin pizza and hot wings on the pizzs was sausage, bacon, onion, jalapeños. The chicken wings wasn’t cooked enough very raw with blood. Not good place to eat wings and pizza stay far away from this place. I went up and showed the people that they served raw wings. They really didn’t say anything about the uncooked wings.

I ate lunch here today and it was a delight. I ordered the $4.99 special, three pieces of pizza and a drink. The pizza was awesome. I almost regretted not getting the buffet. I didn’t want to get over full and with the buffet I would eat way too much. The pizza was much better than I expected. The real jewel of my lunch was Savannah, my waitress. She was amazing. She greeted me at the door with a smile, offered her assistance and followed through by explaining all they had to offer. Savannah came by my table several times to check on me. She was always smiling, always offering her help., bringing me refills on my drink. When I realized I did not have cell service, she even made a phone call for me. As I was leaving she ask about my visit, invited me back, then helped me get my wheelchair out both doors. Savannah is definitely an asset to pizza Plus.

Food was good, but the salad bar left something to be desired. Tables were grimy, glasses has a film in them, everything in the place felt like it was old and run down. One of those places where you go for good food but you just don’t feel clean after. Needs renovations and a good cleaning. And an updated salad bar and menu. Not bad, but not great either.

I called an order in and I asked if there were any specials on large pizzas, I felt like it was pulling teeth to get the answer. I said thanks, and asked about how long, he told me the time and hung straight up no bye nothing . Let me know that “he” whoever he is , one of the rudest individuals, pitiful the scale in which rude people have the audacity to be. Way to be an adult there champ this will be the last time I order pizza from saltville pizza plus

First impression was that it was kept very clean. Pick up order was prepared timely and was delicious. The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere relaxed as it should be! Top notch, local pizza place!
