Amazing Ramen Experience at Silverlake Ramen – A Must-Visit Spot!

Silverlake Ramen truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, clean, and very welcoming.

The ramen was absolutely delicious — rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous portions. You can really tell that everything is made with care and high-quality ingredients. Each bite was comforting and satisfying.

The service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to explain the menu and make recommendations. We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy our meal peacefully.

Dessert was the perfect way to finish the experience. It was beautifully presented, fresh, and balanced — not too sweet, just right.

Overall, Silverlake Ramen offers the full package: great food, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere. Whether you’re a ramen lover or visiting for the first time, this spot is definitely worth adding to your food itinerary. I highly recommend it and will absolutely be coming back!

Came here with my daughter after a long day at the UTEP Cheer Camp. I started writing this review even before our food came out because Silverlake never misses. Food, service & the atmosphere is always on point. We started with Fried Gyoza, I didn’t even take a picture, it’s that good. Followed with my favorite ramen here, The Shoyu on Fire Ramen spice level medium with pork as my protein. They didn’t disappoint per usual, 100% recommended!

Tried the Cajun mazemen. The Cajun flavor was a bit overwhelming and they over did it with the minced garlic. I recommend the blaze or the shoyu on fire. Those never disappoint. Service is always friendly and they welcome you in nicely. Only thing I would like a bit more music or more tvs to watch the games. The kirin ichiban was pretty good so going to try some of the other draft they hand next time.

The hostess at the front told us we needed to wait in our car or outside in the freezing cold, we took our 2 children and handicap mother here and had to walk back halfway down the parking lot while they had open seating, I don’t appreciate the 30+ minute wait time, after getting frustrated after seeing people leave and come in we decided to take our food to go. We asked the hostess if we could take a side of chicken karaage to go and she said it was reserved for customers dining in, 30 seconds later another gentleman asks for chicken karaage to go and she allowed him. I would now rather make Samyang noodles at home and buy McDonald’s chicken nuggets than waste my time, and hard earned money to be treated unfairly. The upper management needs to apply more pressure to ensuring this place and its employees are all on the same page. This place was good when it opened… that’s where it stayed. I will never come back to this restaurant ever again. Especially after being a long term customer.

We just love it, haven’t found a place in El Paso that beats this ramen. I also love they have high chairs and the kids menu is great! Me and my husband got the blaze I got mild and he got spicy. My girls shared a bowl of the kids shoyu it’s pretty big. We also love getting the fried gyoza for appetizers. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved the Ramen!! was my first time eating Ramen in El Paso and sure didn’t disappoint, the medium spicy was perfect for me since I love spicy food, would also recommend their dumplings, baos with chicken and draft beer just not the Edamame’s as they we’re too hard to eat, would come back again tho, super recommend

Ultimately, you vote with your dollars.

Pros:
+ We absolutely loved it here. Ordered many times through Uber Eats and it is even better in person.
+ Shoyu on Fire, 10/10

Cons:
My family and I came here on 12/19 5pm, to celebrate a birthday.
The waiter, a young man took our orders. Usually service is outstanding, however after this experience, I am not sure that I want to come back.
I ordered a kid’s shoyu with noodles, avocado, and chili paste. Simple? Yes.
Our waiter, the young man, blatantly ignored my request and reminders that my order was missing the avocado and the chili paste. Waited 20+ minutes for an avocado and the chili paste never came. The waiter, the young man was dismissive, sarcastic, and literally just laughed his way through our interactions. He treated us as though we were an inconvenience despite the fact that we are paying customers, and this is his job.
The broth ended up cold, and the noodles were soggy as I waited for my items. Not to mention that my partner’s order never came out and we ended up cancelling it after so long.
I spoke to the manager, Robin about our waiter’s customer service. Her first attempt to problem shoot the situation was to ask if I had paid for my items as though I was insinuating some sort of compensation for the lack of brain function that this particular waiter had. I told her we already paid for our tab and I was simply providing feedback.
Dismissfully she stated she would speak to our waiter.
Long story short, your business is only as good as how you treat your customers.
Lucky for El Paso, there aren’t many worthwhile places to eat, therefore the bar for decent customer service is low.
I digress. Vote with your dollars.
