This location is extremely disappointing, and something seriously needs to change.
I come here frequently and place my orders online. I live only 3–5 minutes away, so there’s really no excuse for the food to consistently be wrong or cold. I always request extra onions on my burger, and every single time I receive maybe five small pieces. When I’ve asked for it to be remade, they’ve taken the burger back and simply thrown a large handful of onions on top in a careless way instead of properly remaking it.
The fries are almost always cold. I honestly can’t remember the last time I received a fresh, hot batch. My son regularly gets a Happy Meal with extra fries, and the fries are consistently under filled sometimes only around ten fries in the container. Occasionally he’ll get a proper small fry, but most of the time it’s noticeably short.
When you’re spending $20 at McDonald’s, you at least expect hot, fresh food and basic attention to your order especially when there’s barely anyone in the drive-through when I come through. This has become a repeated issue, not a one-time mistake.
Management and corporate seriously need to address the quality control and consistency at this location. Customers shouldn’t have to keep asking for basic things to be done correctly.

Really? This? Like I know it’s just McDonald’s but this is absolutely ridiculous.. not only did my burger get thrown together like this.. but the woman in the drive thru decided to make everyone wait (at least 4 cars behind me) while she had a 5 minute conversation with the guy she was handing food to. Catch up after your shift. Don’t make people wait. My burger tasted like crap, it was cold (literally had to throw it away) and I was very disappointed. I’ve never had service like this or food like this from McDonald’s. Do better.

Worst Mcdonalds ever! Ordered a daily double and basket of fries. The burger was just thrown in the bag. It was all in pieces in the bag. Fries were rock hard, burnt and cold. Plus only half of a basket. Went back through drive thru to get different fries. 4 teenagers were talking when they seen me they walked off and ignored me. After hocking my horn one came back. New fries was given but still only half of a basket. This was today (12/31 around 4:30 ).

Why is it that this McDonald’s makes so many mistakes it’s almost like every time you go there they get something wrong or they forget something. You can have a manager correct the problem and it will happen again the very next day they make endless mistakes

I would say it’s hit and miss. Closer to 3.5 stars. But the staff is always friendly, they just seem short staffed. There is usually a wait. However that seems typical most places these days. That said sometimes the food is lukewarm. But I grew up on and still love an occasional big Mac or chicken nuggets (which must be shared with the doggos). Plus $1 for a large tea makes my southern heart happy.

WORST LOCATION EVER!!! 30 plus min for a MOBILE order that they claim didn’t have because the “systems were down.” Was told they couldn’t refund mobile app orders. Have to talk to CORPORATE. there’s no excuse that every time we order we get pulled ahead or they screw up our order. Will no longer order from this store. DO BETTER!!! YOU DEMAND HIGHER WAGES BUT YET HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BARELY ANYONE WORKING!!!!

This place is filthy! Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month or more! The employees seem unattentive and unwilling to take orders from the register. There are flies everywhere! The food is marginally edible. Half the time they throw yfood in the bag and everything is so tossed around it’s unedible. The flies were so bad , I was forced to take my food out to my vehicle. The fries were cold and soggy. Will not be returning

Only 2 cars in the order line. Waited 7 minutes to place order. Only 2 cars in pick up window line. Waited additional 5 minutes for food. The employee that handed my order out the window said absolutely nothing to me. If this employee was handicapped, I apologize for this review. Not even a “Here you go.”

Placed app order for inside pickup. It was very busy and took 25 minutes to fulfill hotcakes and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Hotcakes were cold by the time sandwiches were ready. Sandwiches were burnt. Employees are indifferent and don’t want to be there.
