We were the only ones for breakfast. Coffee served by kids who happened to be on school break. Sloshed all over table but we tidied it up. Food was really slow for us being the only ones. No one ever checking in after that. No coffee refills and we just sat with our plates. Gave me time to look around. Quite tired looking. Place could use a good cleaning. Details make the difference. If I see dirty vents, fans, can see into a messy kitchen etc. these things matter. Bakery cases could use a good cleaning. Setting into the kitchen the coolers can use a good outside cleaning and lots of things on floors and counters looked dirty. If they are in a customer view they should be cleaned up always. Bottoms of table bases, trim around bakery cases. Stools.

I had the breakfast burrito which was OK then ordered a shake. I specifically asked if they’re was ice cream in it and she intimated that they’re was about three scoops. When I got it, I could taste only coffee and a hint of cinnamon, it wasn’t sweet at all and absolutely did not have about three scoops of ice cream. It was mostly shaved or crushed ice. I wouldn’t have bought it if I had known it was going to be tasteless coffee. I also gave her a tip, which I regret. I’m all for supporting local businesses but those businesses still need to have good service and quality product.

Started getting chorizo breakfast burritos with onions, bell peppers and onions this past week, I gotta say it was great.I would recommend anyone to stop bye. I work construction and that sucker was exactly what I needed for fuel.

My husband stopped by on his way through town last week and grabbed a caramel apple cheesecake and oh my word, that’s one of thee best cheesecake’s I’ve ever tried. You can tell those are made with love. We will be back for sure and I have already shared with coworkers who plan to visit also!! Little hidden gem!

I’d have to say the baked goods are good. But the quality of service is very poor. Our omelets were overcooked and undercooked. Couldn’t even finish the plate. They didn’t give us a choice of drinks. And the people that work there are very young and seem very scared. It was an all around poor experience. Sorry to say it was my second time trying it.

I drive past Loretta’s frequently on my way to work. I had always been interested in trying it, and finally my husband and I stopped in. The atmosphere was super homey and you could tell it was a family operated restaurant. It was clean and well kept. Everyone was welcoming and willing to help with anything we needed. Now to the food- I cannot express how amazing the food was. I had the Pamboza and my husband had the breakfast burrito. It exceeded are expectations greatly. So flavorful and delicious. The only regret I have is not getting some baked goods to go. We will be back!

My husband and i were looking for a pastry/donut shoppe in Nebraska City, and we came accross Loretta’s Donuts. Couldnt be more impressed with their service and friendly atmosphere. The donuts are all made fresh and are insanely delicious. Highly recommended and hope they come around our area soon! Absolutely incredible.
