Yikes! Passing through and decided on pizza. Probably could get better pizza on the buffet bar next door. We ordered the large Genos pizza and cheddar poppers. The poppers were good, as well as the ranch dipping sauce, BUT, the pizza had little to be desired. Why do you put FAKE bacon bits on this high dollar pizza? The crust is like cardboard and just a smudge of sauce doesn’t make a good pizza. The restaurant itself is nice, good ambiance and comfortable. We may stop in for chicken at some point, but the pizza needs a ton of improvement!

We go to Genos once or twice a week. Tonight I ordered my usual and was given the wrong order. The waitress admitted she gave me the wrong Pizza and said I will get you the correct one. Then come back said Manager said the only way to fix the issues is if we pay for another pizza. No Manager come to talk to me or even tried to make it right. I will never be back.

Very cool place, not a bad seat in the house and plenty of TVs to watch multiple sporting events at once.
Excellent service.
We arrived before before normal dinner time as we were traveling back through town from Chattanooga. The sign on the other side of the road by Ruby Tuesday confused us, as that was their old location.

Our group of 7 was seated immediately (on a SAT) and as time got closer to 5 o’clock, it started to get crowded.
The pizza was okay… and it was cut in squares, which is fine but it was hard pulling the slices apart and when you finally did so, all the toppings slid off.

Better than Little Caesars but not as good as Papa John’s or Pizza Hut IMHO, if that helps.

Great selection of Beer on tap and as I mentioned, Excellent service.

Best jalapeno poppers in town!!

Ate at this place before and after the move and the new location is fantastic! Modern and clean, tvs showing every sport you can imagine.

The pizza is super good and we had a great conversation with our server about pineapple on pizza. Always the best debate!

Definitely order the jalapeno poppers though. My goodness they are insanely good. I literally sometimes dream about them.

We stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed this place. The restaurant itself is very nice and the food was delicious. Don’t miss the stuff breadsticks as they are delicious. The pizza was really good as well. Definitely would return.

Very good place. On our way home and I wanted to try something different. We got their signature pizza. The Geno’s Signature in a 9″ it was plenty since we also order cheese sticks and wings. Drinks are massive too.

There was not an all you can eat buffet when we went. Salad bar was yummy and the best part of my meal, as I was not a fan of the pizza. 1 trip to salad bar is 3.50 if added with entree. Pizza was on the greasy side and crust was hard. Very cute decor. Nice waitress, however, the hostess wasn’t to be found when we 1st arrived and hardly made eye contact since she was on her phone. Overall, I’d recommend for this place to be tried. It’s just not for us. And pricing was not the best in my opinion when compared to the food quality.

I had heard that this was the place for wings and pizza, so being from out of town I went…..and I regret it.
First the good. The place was really clean, but this could be from the lack of customers on a Friday night. Our server, Hannah was super friendly and took good care of us. And the stuffed bread sticks we’re crazy good.
Now the bad. We ordered lemon pepper wings, 12 of them and what the menu said was a Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza.
First the wings were tiny and very very dry. The lemon pepper seasoning was good.
Now the “Bacon Cheese Burger Pizza” this was in my opinion the cheapest tasting pizza I have ever had. It doesn’t even come with Bacon, it has Bacon bits….now it did say in the description that it had BACON BITS, but who reads the description of a Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza, you would think it was Bacon, meat and cheese.
Oh and to top that off, they charge .50 cents for waters. And tea is $2.50.
There may be better things on the menu but I will not be finding out. I will not come back here to try them.
This is my last time here.

Love the atmosphere of this place, you can tell a lot of attention to detail was put into Genos! The waiting staff is very attentive and polite. Service is SUPER fast! I do have a few criticisms on the food. #1 is inexcusable use of imitation bacon bits. Sooooo gross! I mean how much could they possibly save by using fakin bits instead of a sprinkle of real bacon bits?? Also, on a pizza this thin (which I love!) there is too much sauce. Garlic powder in a shaker would be a nice addition. Dessert was yummers!

I never paid $25 .99 for a pizza with Baco’s , better known as Imitation bacon bits, if you are going to Advertise Bacon, then serve bacon. Otherwise, I advertised Geno’s Special as containing Imitation bacon .

Next time I’m in Scottsboro, I’ll go to Marcos for pizza and get a six pack at Publix, still money ahead and real bacon.
