Guess if you like watching the manager and his girlfriend that works there make out and frequently ignore people to do so and go out of their way to make people uncomfortable instead of doing their jobs and leaving that crap at the door it’s a good place to eat. Otherwise it’s a disgrace and they should be fired. The food sucks and tastes like cigarette smoke the times I had ate there. They frequently take breaks and leave the store vacant. It’s a very bad way to do business and the franchisee owner Scott Seffles seems to be in on it and gives employees there peoples numbers that reach out and complain about the issues. If I could give a Negative star about the service I would I called to Check prices On subs for an office A young lady answered the phone And once I told her what I needed, she sat the phone down I could hear talking in the background then I could hear someone pick the phone up and hang it up. I tried calling back four more times and no one would answer the phone. I drove by and there was not one soul in the parking lot or in the restaurant itself. I’m highly disappointed in whoever they have working there this morning.

Gave us a foot long that was supposed to be a 6 inch, had to be told to put more toppings on a menu sub, food was barely warm. Food tasted fine but the service needs work, maybe an extra employee at the front.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would! I placed an order online and immediately realized it had put it in for this location instead of the city I live in which is about 30 minutes away. I proceeded to call numerous times to try to cancel the order. No one answered. When the order showed ready I decided to drive all the way to that location to pick the order up. I arrived at the location 35 minutes past when it said the order was ready and they had not even started preparing the food yet. The two women working at this location were extremely rude and unprofessional. One of them finally said they could cancel the order since they didn’t have what I ordered and I paid with a credit card. I don’t know how Subway continues to stay open with workers of this caliber and the lack of food that’s on the menu. All they had to do was answer the phone and it all could’ve been avoided! Never again!

I ordered online, then get a phone call from subway to tell me they are out of meatballs so there for I had to pick a totally different subway,so I ask for the spicy Italian I gave special order to the woman that was on the phone and she acted like she understood!! I got my sub and yes it was almost made like I asked, except for i asked for it to be toasted (it wasn’t) and I asked for oil and vinegar on the side (I didn’t get) while on the phone with her it sounded like a party going on in the background! Been eating at this subway for almost 30 years and it’s had it’s ups and downs but nothing major that’s why I still go there but don’t call me and tell me your out of something and I specifically tell you on the phone what I want and still get it wrong!!

The young lady with blonde hair and braided pigtails that served us today messed up our online order and was BEYOND rude when I called to get them remade. I understand mistakes happen…..but she never apologized and wanted to argue with me about the sandwiches I ordered while holding the receipt in my hand. The lady that was working with her was polite. That one worker just needs more customer service training.

I order subs almost every week over the phone, and my husband picks it up. Brianna is the girl I speak to, I know this because of her voice, and I did ask her name on this order. I wanted to mention her because she is so nice every time I call,and my husband said they are very friendly when he picks up.

Placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 3:10 didn’t leave there until 3:18 due to the kid making my sandwich taking care of other customers before me and switching our sandwiches up. Now the rest of my order is cold and I am upset. I’d like to hear back on why this happens. This is unacceptable. Yet fast food restaurant workers want more money. Bad thing is I even tipped them. Wish I could change that up but since I was trying to help and do a mobile order I got shafted
