O es about to eat near the waterfront but this place exceed my expectations. Clean and customer service was excellent!!
The only thing is the manager that was in duty at 3pm on July 11, 2025 abused of her power and sent an employee home. The situation was the following:
The young guy employee was cleaning the entrance door but was locking one at the time because he said he was cleaning with the spray and paper. The manager told him “that is not how you clean it” and the employee responded, “ how do you supposed to do it?”. She got upset because of his response and sent him home.
First, if she wants the employee to clean her way, she needs to teach and show how she wants it. And secondly, tell that in private, and not in front of customers to show off.
No one these days talk to the employees like that in such of rude way, and send ppl home without pay.
Employees need to know their rights.
Poor guy, he needs to learn first his rigurosa employee. And she needs to educate herself and learn the employee handbook.
She needs to be retrained or fire.
Everything else of this place is exceptional, and maybe that is because of her, but manners also need to be taught and learned.

They made me wait and gave me lug warm food. Didn’t speak English with me and watch the receipt because they handed me a promo that showed I didn’t pay but I had given cash. Pretty shitty service. Won’t be back and will let others know.

It’s not a huge deal. I am not really concerned with the possibility of getting a bad product. Or even something that would make me sick.
However if you’re going to issue and have standards. They should be followed.

Whenever I order a chocolate milkshake I get a whole cup of vanilla milkshake and a tiny dash of chocolate syrupe in the corner of the cup.
They don’t even bother to mix the custard and the syrup.
I can’t barely taste the chocolate, so little syrup they use.
I wish this Mcdonalds was as good as the one in Arnold, since it is closer to my house, but unfortunately, it is not.
