Overall, decent pizza! It was well balanced with cheese/sauce/crispiness ratios for my liking. However, I felt they were a little stingy with the toppings— they only had 2-3 pepperonis per slice. *Use the photo I posted as reference* Perhaps this is just their style of making pizza? Realistically, this place did just open up so I’m willing to cut them a little bit of slack on their quality control for toppings, but when ordering a Pepperoni only pizza… I’d expect more. Especially since they didn’t seem busy when I ordered on the phone and picked the pizza up. I’m more than willing to give this place another shot and actually look forward to trying their secret signature pizza! I would give a 3.5/5 stars but google reviews wouldn’t let me.

I am not a harsh reviewer and in fact strive to look for the best in every small business but tonight was just atrocious. We received raw uncooked dough for their Plug Knots, after calling them to ask for a refund they said they couldn’t issue a partial refund but would give us free garlic knots the next time we came in. The reality is once you get raw dough on a slow night that tells you all there is to know. The pizza itself was not good, as the cheese was a just bleh with its taste. The sauce was not good and tasted awful. We ended up not finishing the pizza. They have a sign that says “We are not fast food, so please be patient as our food is quality.” Not even close to the truth. Please heed the other reviews and stay away from here, there are multiple 1 star reviews for a reason. Safe to say we won’t be back and will be warning everyone we know to stay away. Only reason they get any points at all is because of their Atmosphere with the nice signs.

The menu had SO MANY choices and a huge selection of stuff from pizza&wings to desserts, let’s not forget about the candy!!!

If you’re looking for a good atmosphere, the greatest customer service and exceptional food RUN DONT WALK TO THE PIZZA PLUG!!! You won’t regret it! DONT BASE IT OFF THE REVIEWS GOOGLE SUCKS!!!! Let me start by saying the pizza was decent although I think it was sitting in the warmer for a long time. BUT what is this?! I ordered the garlic knots and this is what I seriously got!!! No way is this okay!! Especially for a small business. First of all. Do you see those pieces!?! Really? That tiny one is insane! Not only are they pitiful but there was absolutely no garlic on them. They were super dry and the one that we’ll call the “biggest” was a little raw. I just moved to the area and had high hopes for this place.

Customer Service was great. It was my first time there. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a Jalisiense pizza. Jalisiense Pizza could have used more chorizo toppings to be great pizza.The pepperoni pizza, unfortunately, was not good. Most of the pizza was burnt and had little or no tomato sauce/pizza sauce. The pizza was very dry and I was really looking forward to enjoying a good pepperoni pizza.
Prices are reasonable. I think people should give it a try and support small businesses. I know they haven’t been open to long, so I will consider going back in the future.

Honestly my favorite fast pizza joint in Jurupa Valley, everytime I come out here from LA I have to make a stop. My husband who is a chef loves it too. We always get the pepperoni and share it, owner and his family are amazing people, always doing the most to give back to the community. I truly love this business, may you guys continue to prosper and keep up the amazing work!
