One star is not low enough! Food completely lacked flavor. Not one menu price matched the bill. Every item was at least 50 cents more expensive! Crab rangoons had very minimal cheese and crab. Spring rolls were “fresh” spring rolls, but not labeled as so. They were basically all rice noodle to boot. The menu price was half of what we were charged too. Bahn Mi didn’t even have flavor, or veggies. Just a few onions. We ordered a “Pad Thai” which was swimming in the bright red sweet and sour sauce that usually comes with sweet and sour chicken, or shrimp from a chinese joint. Absolutely inedible. We sent it back very kindly and the woman was very rude, telling us Pad Thai always comes with sweet and sour sauce. I have eaten Pad Thai over 25 places around the north, as well as in Thailand and this was beyond unacceptable. When I asked for pork fried rice instead, they brought out chicken fried rice with peas and carrots, and not even salt or pepper for flavor. Immediately after setting the steaming hot rice fresh out of the wok infront of me, the woman yelled at me to “try it right now to make sure I liked it!”. It was essentially white rice with a dark and white meat chicken, and bagged frozen carrots and peas. The most flavorless fried rice I have tasted. I asked for some red pepper and was given a very odd extremely spicy ginger sauce. Nothing that belonged on rice. All drinks are bottled, and very small selection. The Mango Lassi was a plastic bottle that wasn’t expired, but tasted like it. We should have known when there was only salt and pepper on the table, but save yourself the dissapointing meal and go elsewhere!

I don’t think I have ever purchased food this horrible . My friend and I ordered two bánh mìs because we wanted to try somewhere new, but the food was literally inedible. The bread was as hard as a rock. It is a disgrace to even call this a bánh mì; it was easily the worst thing I have ever ordered from anywhere. The reviews on this place don’t reflect how bad it truly is.

My wife wanted to try this place as usual. At first I was a little skeptical but I gave it a try. The orange chicken is amazing and very fresh. The is the best soup I had ever had this isn’t an exaggeration either it’s amazing. The shumai is also great too. The crab Rangoon is also my family’s favorite which I don’t eat but they love it.

The maple salmon sushi was awesome! The pork fried rice was very tasty and servings were generous, but I found it on a bit on the salty side. (Heads up, it’s not the char siu, but more like stir-fried pork.) Fried ice cream was delectable. Prices were very reasonable. I’d come back!

Ordered pad Thai and spring rolls from here. I was expecting something else, but it turned out I meant to order egg rolls. That’s totally on me, and the spring rolls were so good (a little noodle forward though!)
The pad Thai was so yummy. Pad Thai is either completely bland or too spicy for me, so I was pleasantly surprised by the pad Thai here.
I only wish they opened earlier so I could get it for lunch at work!

i’ve been getting take out from this place for years! my favorite dish is the lemongrass flat noodles. i get it with chicken and it’s jam packed with fresh vegetables. i also love the miso ginger dressing they use for the house salad. all of the sushi is a+ <3

Sushi is some of the best in Burlington!! Not a ton of tables for dine in seating but Volcano is our go to spot for takeout in the area! My favorite things to order are the Banh Mi, house special wonton soup, maple salmon rolls (pictured right) snow mountain rolls (picture left) and the sweet potato rolls

Surprise Party
I wanted to throw a surprise birthday party for my husband and some friends.I called and spoke with the restaurant would it be possible to make arrangements to do so. The worker that I was talking to was very happy to work with me, and we went forward with the party. They were able to provide a intimate space for us, and whenmy husband arrived he was in complete shock!! The service was phenomenal and everything came out so fast!!! We even brought an ice cream cake that they were able to store for us! They also provided a candle, light it with plates and etc. Volcano sushi was delicious and you will definitely see me back again!!! Thank you guys for making my husband‘s birthday so special!

Fried rice had nothing fried about it. Besides a topping of perfectly sauteed onions, it was just shy of being mushy with some frozen peas and carrots and scallion. No egg?!! Chicken was all cooked differently. Some dry pieces and some not; some tender pieces and some hard pieces. Also had a cheap garlic flavor and seemed some kind of tenderizer or maybe cornstarch had been used that gave a weird texture. Bland, but that was fixed with soy sauce. A little oily, which would have been fine if they actually fried the fried rice. No chopsticks in the bag.

Ordered at 5:25, order was not ready until 6:40, 2 entree and 2 appetizers. With take out and tip $60. Beef and peanut street noodle was very bland. Dumplings and egg rolls were decent. A bit overpriced for portions and quality we received. Pretty disappointed after reading all of the good reviews.
