WOOT!!!! Finally, a Chipotle location here in Red Bank! It’s honestly the ONLY fast casual dining I was extremely looking forward to, and it did NOT disappoint!

I was serviced by both Maria and Sabrina, who I could tell were definitely feeling the pressure of the first few days of a location opening. Despite that, they made sure that my chicken burrito bowl was assembled to my satisfaction. When I got home to taste, I very much enjoyed the seasoning and NOT dry chicken that was served! A perfect post-workout meal for my busy day.

I will definitely be back (probably more than I should), and I hope to see Sabrina get the recognition she deserves! They might be new, but that smile and service will help elevate this Chipotle to great heights!

Had a very pleasant experience here today. I’m currently walking with crutches. The manager, Ms. T, was very accommodating to my needs. She offered assistance to me that I really needed. There was was also another worker that helped me, can’t remember her name. I really appreciated them. People like them are hard to come by these days. The food was also good. The customer service alone is definitely a reason to return.Thanks again Ms. T!!!

Excited for new location; disappointed in portion size. You would think they would WANT returning customers at this location. Staff wasn’t rude, however they had a very “deal with it” attitude and almost acted like I was crazy about my bowl being undersized. They had a “training team” that told them not to over size portions. If corporate chipotle is starting off the store with disappointing standards, don’t see this store developing in the community home. The only time you’ll be at this chipotle is your first time.

Sweet tea and lemonade tasted like they forgot to add sugar and yes, I used the right one. Steak is really tough and to top it off, as I was eating it, i ended up pulling a really long piece of hair out of my food. They should really wear hair nets working with food the way they do. First and last time going there.

I have repeatedly tried giving this store location another chance and it fails each time. Either they give me barely anything in my burrito and it tastes great(rare) or they stuff it(how I want it) and the meat tastes old/chewy. They LOVE putting way too much sour cream on anything you order.

I have uninstalled the app and plan to not support chipotle for the foreseeable future because of this store. The staff was always nice so that’s why I gave it two stars instead of one. Cheers.

I had no idea this place was actually open because of all the construction nearby.
The staff is absolutely wonderful. They seem to handle happy customers and unhappy customers with ease. Their food is exactly what’s to be expected from Chipotle, very good.
I can’t say enough about the friendly staff and manager. Definitely a staple in my lunch rotation now.

We ordered a head of time on the app. The first time we ate here they left items out of our order, however they had just opened. The last two times we have had zero issues since that first week. Good has been fresh and yummy! I have not ate inside.

This is by far the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. We’ve been eating at Chipotle for well over a decade in 4 different states that we have lived in. This location is hit or miss for cleanliness. And if you order to pick up through the drive thru they will absolutely short your food. I have had 3 different times where I had to have them remake it because it was like half the size it was supposed to be. And they always leave something out. So you aren’t getting what you pay for at all. I have contacted corporate twice and apparently they just don’t care. The staff seems annoyed at best and sometimes are just downright rude. They try to gaslight you about your complaint. It’s ridiculous. They should do better- like all the other Chipotles do.

From the food to the service provided, eww..

Second time visiting this location and can say it unequivocally has the worst service and food quality of any Chipotle I’ve ever visited. First visit, I paid for chips and guac in which they shared they were out of once we had already paid- they advised that we would have to contact corporate for a refund which was both odd and frustrating. Second visit and had quite the experience with the lady (and the staff) running the drive thru at 9pm this evening.. I politely asked about the drinks I had purchased and she argued about whether or not I had paid for the items. After showing the receipt, and checking the bag, I realized the chips were missing and asked if I may have overlooked. She continued to provide an attitude and stated that I didn’t purchase.. I (again!) showed the receipt to “prove” my purchase. Finally, I arrive home to provide my family their meals and open mine- I basically paid for carnitas fat rather than meat. Needless to say, I won’t be retuning.

I’m going have to come on here and post a good review. I’ve had multiple good experiences here. I ordered to go from here at least three times a week now. I love the entire staff. The guacamole has been getting better and better every visit. I don’t know why other people had a bad experience, but maybe it was because they’re new and they should try it again. And now they’re open till 11 o’clock, which is even better. You could download the app they’re always giving free bees out and you get points and eventually get a free meal. It’s healthy ingredients and easy ordering.
If you want more toppings, all you have to do is ask.
