I placed an order in the app and picked it up using the drive thru. I got the Grand Slam Ham, which is supposed to have extra ham and 2x cheese. It didn’t have more of either and they didn’t add the other toppings I ordered. My other two sandwiches were light on ingredients, they forgot the cheese, and the bread was hard. I complained using their website and I was told they were sorry but that was it. Their subs haven gotten expensive and this particular subway’s quality is bad. Go down the road a little ways, it is worth the extra drive.

I ordered four subs using the app. I went to the store and picked up my order. I found only three subs in the bag. I said something to the guy and he turned around and asked an older gentleman and he snapped back with “I made everything that I was supposed to.” I gave the original guy the bag and receipt. The older guy snapped the receipt out of his hand and walked off. He then came back with the missing sub. When I got home I found that the “melt” had no cheese. Melts are supposed to have 3x the cheese, and they charge extra for it. I contacted the store and no one cared. They literally took more money for less product. Remember $5 foot longs? Now they can be over $12 and they have no quality control. Won’t go back to this location.

The pizza was gross. Soggy, the taste was bad. Don’t recommend it. My dad’s Philly sandwich didn’t have much meat on it mostly green pepper and onion. My sisters sandwich had the mayo only at one end. Mom’s sandwich was ok. The person handed us the drink and it was so full it was pouring out the top.

I didn’t understand when I ordered an spicy Italian, the attendant ask what I wanted on the sandwich, their’s a picture on the menu. I’ll tell u, it’s just another way too add on more to their bottom line, u add any thing ,subway will add on more for price of your sandwich

When I walked up to the counter yesterday, there were 5 employees and only one was working. I didn’t get his name but, he was very kind and professional. Halfway through making my food, the manager (Amanda, I think) came out of the back and started berating the employee helping me about an incorrect order filled earlier. It was extremely unprofessional, especially considering that he was the only one working. So, to the dude who made my sandwiches, thank you! To the manager, you need to learn to manage your people and treat employees with respect. If that had been me getting chewed out in front of everyone that wasn’t working and just standing around, as well as in front of customers,I would have quit on the spot and walked out.

Ordered a 6inch cheese steak for $11.23 as a meal. Received order real quick like it was premade and then microwaved quick under 3 minutes. Sandwich was incredibly small and the extra toppings ordered missing from sub furthering suspicions of premade #1.
I would not use the drive thru again. I would want to watch the person make the sub for future orders to ensure that for amount I am getting a real sub as I was able to eat it within 4 bits . Note I did advise the staff prior to leaving that the sub was horribly undersized for a sub. They just looked at me so very checked out during the transaction. Convenience of drive thru is a good concept but not worth the lack of product. I worked for a subway franchise when I was in high school and so I would say it could have been a better experience. I have ordered inside and gotten better product so this may have been a one off experience but I will skip the drive thru in The future.

I always use the online ordering app and usually pretty quick in and out. But today I had to jump up and down and holler to get the worker’s attention so she could hand me my sandwich. Of course she was the only one working – 12:15 – lunch rush – another employee sitting at a table eating. Really?- During the lunch hour they take their breaks??? One person behind the counter?? Six people in line. Really? Hello management…

My fiance stopped by at 7pm on a Thursday to get us some food for dinner and the girls there were super rude to him and told him they were closed and “that they hoped they didn’t get in trouble”. Seriously? Fire the people that don’t want to work.
