When I came in I ordered 3 personal pan pizzas with chicken sausage, after 30+ minutes of waiting , I picked it up and got home. When I got home I seen that they got the order wrong, they put chicken and pork sausage on the pizza. I do not eat pork. So I called them and told them they made a mistake, but they said I would have to drive all the way back to town to swap pizzas to get this corrected. I told them I couldn’t drive down to town now, and they said “Well, that’s how you do it, you bring in your pizza for a new one.” They offered no consideration, nor apologies, nor did they offer a discount or coupon for the next pizza order. Bad for business.

edit: They use dynamic pricing. Cost on the webiste goes up at 630pm. I put in an order ans it was $27, the clock it 630pm and it deleted my order- I put the same exact order in and its now $37. The meal deal said starts at $19.99 and when I went to redo my order it now says starts at $25.99. I wouldnt have realized had it not kicked my entire order off and I had to redo it. Shame on you.
Why are we asked to tip when you don’t even offer deliver. You choose not to tip on the app then are asked when you pick up your order to tip before they bring your food! Tip for what? Seriously ridiculous.

If i could give zero stars I could!! I have nothing good to say about this location. And after this last time I will probably never go back! The employees are rude. Especially the little manager. 90% of my orders are always wrong. This pastime NOTHING was made right. And then to touch my food without gloves. And making me walk to my car to get the wrong food (after already giving to me because my order was wrong) and not wanting to give me the correct order until I did so. Having a straight up attitude. I have had to deal with this little “manager” once before and that time I demanded a refund and didnt want any food from there, all because of her ATTITUDE. I’d appreciate that this is corrected in a timely manner. Or something happens to her. They will keep losing customers with employees like her!

My order was placed online, due to boxed taped my order was checked at home and was wrong. I called the store and was told there was nothing they can do. After stating they needed to do something I was offered a 15 dollar credit. Should not have been acceptable. Breadsticks were not fluffy sticks more like thin cardboard slices. If this would have been corrected I may refer , I may try to order again depending on the outcome of this survey.

The personal pan pizzas are really great. The crust is soft and perfect, but every time we order regular or stuffed crust pizza at Elkview the crust is like eating leather. I won’t be ordering any more regular pizzas from here until they change the crust.
