The ladies that work here were really nice, but the food was really REALLY nasty. I feel like I took $35 and flushed it down the toilet. We didnt eat most of it, completely inedible. My toddlers wouldn’t even touch the pancakes. I dont know who taught them how to cool but that isn’t it.

Standard southern fare. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. I love it when I hear The staff greet their customers by name. The food is fresh filling and well prepared. Good portions. The price is comparatible to fast food, but the quality of food is so much better. If you’re passing through Williamston, a 100% worth of stop.

The food was delicious! Just like an old fashioned home cooked meal.
The restaurant appeared clean and not cluttered.
The only criticism I have is that the chair
backs were a little “sticky” and so was our table.
A little water and some napkins took care of the table.
All the staff were very friendly.
While the service was not bad, you have to get your own drinks and utensils.

Not sure if I set my expectations too high based on some of the reviews, but saying that I was disappointed with the food is a gross understatement. For me, the mark of a good restaurant is when you don’t have to further season food, except to account for personal taste. I had to add salt and pepper just so that food would taste like SOMETHING.
Way (waaaaaaaay) too much egg in the Mac and cheese. Green beans were cooked well, but had zero seasoning like they were straight from the can. My wife’s choices fared no better. At nearly $13 each for a meat and 3, I really expected more.
Do yourself a solid and skip this one.

I just got home with my breakfast after waiting 30 minutes because my ticket got lost. The lady at the register told me that she gave me a large grit because of it which was fine but when I got home this is my grit (pictured below). If that’s a large grit then I’d hate to see a small. I think they need to communicate more. Maybe she made a large grit but was not clear where it needed to go but either way nobody should have to wait 30 minutes for a plate like this

Greasy little nook. Nice on the outside but greasy everywhere on inside. Chairs were dirty and door was very greasy. Food is eh edible but lousy prices are a bit high. Idk I think the place is on its way out to be honest but make your own choice and read reviews prior

I enjoy the food in a meat and 3. The staff was very patient with me, as I had my wife and mother in law on the phone trying to decide what they wanted. They had fried chicken tenders. Absolutely delicious. Great quality of chicken, cooked to perfection. I had hamburger steak, smothered in brown gravy with onions. Again, absolutely delicious. It’s definitely a place we will be returning to many times.
