I was refused service at Starbucks with still ample time before closing at 8:00 pm. I was in line and was told once I was about to order at 7:57 pm by the Starbucks employee. I asked for her name and she just rolled her eyes and said that she was by herself. As a customer I don’t care to hear her excuses for closing early and denying service to us customers. Please address this issue with your employees at Starbucks in the target store.

Though Starbucks is still open, they do not allow food/drinks inside the Target Store. I was on my way out when purchasing and had a great experience, but others did not. You cannot see the signs until you are at the register and they will not serve you if you are going in the store, only if you are on your way out. They are also limiting the amount of people waiting for drinks which makes the whole process slower than usual. Be prepared to wait for your goodies, once you are done shopping of course.

We went in today after we finished our target shopping. We were greeted as soon as we entered their area and the 3 employees were all very welcoming. Ashley was our cashier and she was friendly… you could see her smile through the mask. Our drinks were delicious and we really appreciated the level of service given considering it was a quick interaction.

Coolest place ever. Got a cold breakfast sandwich from another restaurant near by that was still cold and I asked if they could warm it up for me. They said no but offered me their breakfast sandwich on them. This gives me hope that the future is gonna be okay.

Cole, working this morning is fantastic! Super friendly, fast service there was a steady stream of people all morning and he was calm and friendly to each one. My drink was made perfect. My only complaint is I couldn’t leave a cash tip. Please fix that. Cole definitely deserved it!

the girl that took our order was rlly nice but she got our order wrong and we sadly didn’t notice until we drove off a bit 🙁 my bf ordered a pumpkin spice and while the cup is labeled pumpkin spice it tastes like peppermint mocha. i ordered a hot chai tea latte and got a regular latte with nothing in it.

Both of us ordered an oatmilk drink. Mind you, as we walk up, the employees are laughing, cursing and talking about how another employee messed up someone’s order involving Oatmilk and how they made fun of them for forgetting. He then makes both of our drinks without the oatmilk then let’s us walk away with it as he holds the oatmilk in his hand without mentioning he forgot to put it in etc. They all laughed as we left due to him being the new one to forget oatmilk and us “not noticing”. Really unprofessional language, poor attention to job and customers. Won’t be comming to this one if I shop at target.

Don’t bother coming here. The girls are rude and the coffee is gross. I asked for a pumpkin cream cold brew and the one they made for me tasted like the bottom remnants of a cold coffee pot that had been sitting out all day. Not even a hint of pumpkin. I asked if maybe they had substituted some ingredients as I know alot of Starbs are dealing with shortages and I completley understand however the barista was very rude, rolled her eyes, and informed me every Starbucks makes the drinks different…she made it for me a second time and it came out exactly the same bitter, gritty, watery, no pumpkin goodness. The manager Bobby was the only redeemable part to this experience. He was very kind to me, apologized, and gave me a refund. Can’t say his employees have the same customer service skills.
