Ordered online through the app to the closest one. It was ready when I got there, which is great however, was poorly made and smashed. When I came in one person was helping a client et the other was staring at his phone, didnt acknowledge me at all, tables were dirty and uncleared. After the guy was done with his phone he got my sandwich… I go to su way all over on my travels, this was the worst sandwich I have ever had, including sandwichs I got that were wrong orders.. #disappointed

Still seeking a resolution regarding a mistaken mobile order placed through the Subway app and the lack of follow-up from both customer service and the local store.

Date of Incident: May 9
Case Number: ONL0018527

On May 9, I mistakenly placed a mobile order at the wrong Subway location, likely due to the app switching my selected store after reopening it mid-order. Realizing the error immediately, I attempted to call the store to cancel. Despite multiple calls, no one answered—just an ongoing, loud ringing tone with no option to leave a message.

I proceeded to place the order again at my regular location and contacted Subway customer service to address the error. The only response I received was a brief message stating that the issue was “resolved,” with no explanation of what that resolution entailed. I was never contacted by the store or anyone from Subway.

When I visited the store in person, the manager, Gerald, informed me there was “nothing he could do.” Only after I pushed the issue did he agree to take my contact information and said he would forward it to the district manager. Given the vague and dismissive response from support and the inaction from the store, I’m left with no confidence that this will be followed up.

In any case, I have attached:
• Screenshots of missed calls to the store
• Mobile order confirmations from the Subway app (original and corrected)
• The customer service response from case ONL0018527

Gerald is amazing here!! We came in right at opening time with a big order for a bridal party. He had a great attitude and was on point with everything. I wish every Subway had a Gerald. Thank you for helping us this morning! Hope to see you again down the road. He needs to be acknowledged within the company and a raise!

I accidentally ordered from this location and it was the absolutely worst. Not a single one of the four sandwiches ordered was right. Go to the Boonville Rd location by the Kroger for a much better experience.

I came here the other day and the black gentleman (I’m not sure his name) was the one to assist my daughter and I. He was real friendly and kind. He’s also the only person I know to work at a subway and ever close the lids to the food. I’ve never not once seen anyone do that until this gentleman. He closed it every time he wasn’t making anyone’s meal. The counter and all was also clean. He did a great job. However…..the tea had no sugar in it and they didn’t have sweet tea made so that made me sad but overall, the food was fresh and the store was clean so no complaints.

I ordered a turkey sandwich foot-long, and a spicy Italian foot-long. And I guess they had a new guy and he barely put anything on Ours. I had to keep telling him to put a little bit more please cause he just put a squirt of mayonnaise a squirt of mustard And they were small . anyway he put our toppings on and barely putting anything on there. Then I get home and Our sandwiches are a mess everything that’s inside the bread is on the paper because he did not stuff it right or cut it and it wasn’t wrap right. Definitely was not impressed or happy about my meal . Think they need to learn how to make a sandwich right.
