I really wanted to like Living Room Lounge i did i gave it one more chance hoping the experience would improve but unfortunately it didn’t
From the moment you walk in the atmosphere feels unwelcoming they don’t even have any security. Inside the service is inattentive it appears that the regulars or friends of the owners receive most of the attention while other paying patrons are largely overlooked. Staff members spend most of the time smoking hookah themselves and rarely check in on the customers to switch coals or anything which noticeably impacts the quality of the hookah. The hookah itself was easily the worst hookah I’ve ever had in Baltimore and I’ve been to so many lounges.
I’d recommend just going to Tavern Lounge right down the street instead. they have a much bigger welcoming space with very friendly and attentive girls who work there and By far the best Hookah I’ve ever had in Baltimore with really nice DJs on the weekends and trust me its a whole vibe in there.
Living Room Lounge had potential, but the execution and staff ultimately fall short and doesn’t make it a fun expenernce I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE.

Wow…first time here and my husband and I loved it!!! Such cute place! Very friendly staff! Dee and Danielle are gems! So sweet and helpful! Very clean….good music and great hookah! We’ll definitely be back!

We were very skeptical of going here due to their previous reviews however since it was the closest hookah place from our hotel, we thought to give it a try. We called before going because they were closing soon and we wanted to make sure they can still accommodate us. The person we spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and said they will be happy to have us as long as we are there 30 minutes prior to closing time. Once we reached, the vibe of the place was literally a living room with tv on and music playing, very chill. Big shot out to D, she treated us so nicely and the hookah was great! Honestly we would definitely go here again when visiting Baltimore. Can not stress enough how wonderfully we were surprised by the hospitality & the quality of hookah!!

My 2nd here and i LOVE it. First time coming they were very busy but i received excellent service. I’m here now and the service is wonderful. They engage in conversation and make it very welcoming. The manager Demitri greeted me when i came in and made sure i was okay. And D (female) made my hookah perfect just like how i like it. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Will be back very soon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A lot of these reviews are fake, posted by the owners, employees and friends. This lounge is okay at best. The service is slow, waiting 30+ minutes for a hookah or service when they only have 2-3 customers. The manager is rude, doesn’t really know how to manage. Hopefully they find a better replacement when that manager leaves. They charge per bottle, and charge you a fee to sit there even if you’re not smoking. This place is nothing special.

Nice environment very friendly staff. Went there a couple times and went there when it was cold it was no inside seating so the friendly staff gave us a blanket and brought us hookah outside. I loved that. Definitely will recommend if you like a nice, relax environment.
