DON’T try using a coupon at this location! The hubs and I had a very long day of traveling and decided we wanted Subway on our way home. I had a coupon for 2 footlong subs for 12.99 which says Excludes certain ones. Well, the girl working argued that the ones listed Was included so she basically made us Italian subs before we even decided what we wanted! So, after everything was made and she goes to check us out…..imagine how the coupon doesn’t work and our bill ends up being 30ish dollars!!! WTH ♀️ I should have left her with the subs but I was so tired and hungry it wasn’t worth the effort.

I have come here a few time and have left unsatisfied each time. The quality of the food and service was terrible. I am not one to complain but after placing an online order and picking up something that was not nearly what I ordered was an issue. I reached out and management was not willing to fix the issue except tell me that “they would work on training.” Because they lack training it should not reflect on my service or what I receive. Maybe the store Manager could get some corporate training on how to handle situations and maybe be present if your staff is not “trained”

We purchased 4 subs from the Virginia Ave store. My wife’s bread was so hard and tough she couldn’t eat it. I got a subway club and found a toothpick in the first half of the sandwich! We called the store and was informed there was nothing they could because I had already started eating the sandwich! How was I supposed to know there was a toothpick embedded in my sandwich BEFORE I started eating it? This is what happens when they have kids working who don’t care about the product OR the customer! Beware ordering from this store!!

I go here often bc I live nearby. Without fail, the wait is insanely long every time. If it’s just an online order or two or if there is one person ahead of you. Go ahead and prepare for at least a 15 min. wait minimum. Workers do not greet you or do anything that resembles normal customer service. Go to literally any other subway in hburg.

The two young boys working today did not make my sub the way it used to be made. There was no meat and the veggies were empty and I got the bottoms of the container. The boys were interested in looking around instead of giving good customer service. My sub was the skinniest I have ever had from that store. Oh, and the bread was old and scarce too!! Did not scan my points on my card or give a receipt! Terrible!!! Why don’t people want to do thier job anymore??

2 Nice Fellows Working!! My Friend had a Spicy Italian and I had a Club both were halves on the 3 cheese bread. Extremely Delicious! The Inside could have been a little cleaner but These 2 Fellows were Non-Stop in there .. Real Busy!! Enjoyed Talking to the staff!!

The wait was incredibly long for just a few people in front of me. If that was it, I would have been fine. I ordered a foot long veggie sub (no meat or cheese) and the person making my sandwich was pretty stingy with the veggies. Then it was TEN dollars. I clarified and he said prices just went up. I left because at this point my daughter and I just wanted to eat, but I looked it up online and it was listed for $7.99. Only a couple bucks, but it’s the principle of the thing. Especially with how prices have been skyrocketing lately. Even $8 is a lot for just bread and some veggies, but the convenience makes up for it sometimes. Won’t be back to this specific location.

This visit was good but the one before the service was not and the bread was hard and the veggies were almost gone or looked like they should have been. I guess they was getting ready to close it was 730 pm. This visit was fast and good service with fresh veggies and bread.

One of the workers working here didn’t talk to me at all during my order and then proceeded to put random stuff on my sandwich that I didn’t want. Just basically acted like he didn’t want to be there in general. Food is good. Service not so much.
