ZERO STARS!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Based on positive reviews, we decided to have a family dinner at Milano’s last night. Unfortunately, dinner was extremely disappointing to say the least. My first impression was that it wasn’t “bad” food, but it was far from good. My 11yr old’s soup was tasteless. Dry chicken pieces with a little bit of veggies & noodles floating in water. To say it was broth would be a stretch. It was extremely blah. My son’s pizza was ok at best. The pizza had oddly sweet sauce and bland crust. I ordered a chicken burrito. The portion was quite large, but that’s the only good part. Overall it had no seasoning on it and was just another dull dish. Same with the Burrito combo platter my husband ordered. It was like the guy that seasons all the food was on vacation. My youngest ordered chicken fingers and fries. Again, nothing special, but thank goodness she barely touched it! When we got home, she decided to give it another bite. I started cutting the chicken fingers into pieces to heat it up faster and it was RAW inside!!!! I didn’t plan on going back based on the tasteless bland food, but now I’ll be happy if none of us get food poisoning as a kicker!

We didn’t hate the place but waited over a hour before we all walked out and went to Francesco on Rt22. They had a problem with the help so we will give them a second chance. We never tasted the food because I even asked for the salads two times. But we did have some corn chips with red sauce. Which was fine but they should of filed it again to keep us there. Idk what happened but they deserve another chance. But went by Saturday night and only one or maybe two tables were full. I wish them the best of luck. I wish I can give them five stars next time.

So far so good. I’ve had two lunches off their Mexican side of the menu at this point and I will be back. I can’t comment on the Italian food but their Carnitas Fajitas are delicious.

We’ve been to the restaurant 4 times and a few times for take out. The food was ALWAYS great … I really wonder about some of the reviews posted and their authenticity. I would have given 4 stars because of slow service however the last few times the service was very good.

Great enchiladas. And, the rice was so tender… I know, not what I’d expect to rave about, but clearly indicate of the restaurant’s great attention to all the details. Great value, too.
