Myself and my husband went in there today which is 3/3 at 2:21 this afternoon. The music was so loud we couldn’t even talk they had to yell at us when our order was ready.The sound decimal on my husband’s phone was reading 73. We couldn’t even talk to each other. That’s a bit ridiculous when you have people that are trying to talk to each other and enjoy a meal.

Very friendly staff. We had our little grandsons with us and they brought our food to our table instead of just yelling our number. Than I ordered biscuits to take home ans the cashier put butter and honey in the bag and brought it to us. Very clean. Someone was already cleaning our table while we were walking out the door. The bathrooms were clean as well.

Me and my husband stopped to get dinner around 8:00 pm. No one came to the counter to take our order seemed like everyone was working the drive thru. Seemed like staffing placement was an issue, waited about 5 minutes then decided to go elsewhere.

I went thru the drive thru on oct 1st. The sandwiche they gave me was wrong. I pulled back around and received the same exact mistake chicken sandwich as the first time. I also was going to purchase something else but I didn’t have enough money. They still took all the money off my card. Now I have a $35 dollar overdraft fee. The manager stated he couldn’t do anything about the prior days money(lie). I said i wanted his name to give to corporate and he hung up on me. Ridiculous! I will NEVER go back. Small town USA KFC needs some training or something.

We stopped last night about 7pm at the drive thru in Woodsfield, OH to order the 8 piece family meal. We were told they were out of some regular pieces, so we took crispy.
I figured they were under staffed and over whelmed and that our meal would be far less than perfect live so many things in these Covid times.
I was wrong. Everything was excellent and the chicken might have been the best we’ve ever had. Super job guys!

If I could they would recieve zero stars because the food is gross and usually never hot which I feel is unacceptable for the amount of employees on the clock. And my order has NEVER been correct any of the multiple times I’ve been a customer. I feel they dont lack staff but lack proper management. Too many people doing nothing.

Order around $50worth of food for the family to eat while watching one of my son’s baseball games. Went through the drive thru, and guess what, common sense would tell any normal person to put silverware in with a drive thru order. We got no silverware. And we were not going to leave in the middle of a game. They said they don’t hand out silverware unless requested. Avoid this place, common sense doesn’t seem to exist over the few cents they save by not giving out what you need to eat with.
