Terrible experience all around. Service was bad. Food wasn’t tasty. Order wasn’t accurate. Ordered through the app, at pickup I was told I would need to wait 16 minutes for biscuits. When I asked why the app said it was ready the girl at the counter said because when they print the receipt it alerts me that it’s ready. Then why print the receipt if it’s not actually ready?!
I couldn’t wait because I had people waiting on me. So, I chose another side even though we didn’t want that at all.
When I got home I realized that they forgot the gravy. Large mashed potatoes. And no gravy. I called to let them know this in combination with having to select a side we didn’t want basically ruined our meal, it was unacceptable and I wanted to know what compensation they could give us.
I asked for a manager, the girl who gave me the food said she was the manager. After I explained the situation and asked what they do when this happens she told me I could either go back to pick up the gravy (I couldn’t) or I could come in another time for a free chocolate cake. Basically telling me to come in again and buy more food to get compensated for them screwing up our order. I told her that wasn’t appropriate. I asked her to put herself in my shoes. She stumbled around saying I should just accept an apology and drop it. Then she put me on hold “to speak with another manager.” A guy got on the phone and asked me to explain it to him. So I did. Then he asked what I wanted him to do. I said “well, what can you do?” He said I could come back and get everything fresh. I said I can’t do that. Can you offer a free meal in the future? No reply. Can you refund our order? Nothing. He echoed the girl and said “Mistakes happen, we’ve apologized. What else do you want?” I told him I wanted the. To take accountability and comp a meal since this one we paid for was basically ruined. He mocked me and said “Missing gravy ruined the whole meal?” I said “Actually having to accept a side we didn’t want and then missing gravy did ruin our whole meal. The mashed potatoes are pretty bad without gravy and we like to dip our chicken in gravy too.” I asked him what was so hard to understand multiple times. They kept me on the phone for over 10 minutes while my plate got cold. I said if he couldn’t do anything I could just talk to the regional manager. Or even the actual store manager. He basically just argued with me about my experience and never satisfied the issue. Terrible management style. I saw this was going nowhere so I said I’ll just speak to someone else. I ended the call with this “You guys are so inept. Good luck in life.”
I wish I’d actually looked at or tasted the chicken before making the phone call. Because I would’ve included that the chicken was soggy in places and breading was falling off in others. Taste wise- yeah…not good. They were clearly using old oil. Actually nothing tasted good.
The best part of the meal was the coleslaw we made at home before ordering.
Word to the wise… just go get an 8 piece from Fry’s, it’s $8.99 and way way better. Not even joking or being snarky. The food was awful.
But when entitled lazy employees can’t keep you satisfied by simply comping a bad experience it makes the taste in your mouth even worse. Never ever going back. Ever. I’ll be contacting the store manager and the regional manager, even the franchise owner if need be. I will make a complaint with KFC corporate if I have to get someone to refund this sad excuse for a chicken dinner.
Do better kids. Take some pride in your work. Take pride and use respect when serving people overpriced food they paid for.

I was supposed to get 12 nuggets with my order. When I got home there were 3 nuggets and a pile of crunchy garbage from the bottom of the frier. I tried to call because they were closing soon but no one answered the phone. I’m out $28 and still have a hungry family. This place is pathetic.

I ordered the 3 piece meal and apparently there’s a shortage on gravy for the mashed potatoes! This location is staffed by 20 somethings who could care less on what they serve to the public. Took 10 minutes to get my order and yet people in the drive thru were getting there’s before me who had dined inside! I was the only person in the dinning room with dirty tables, nobody was at the front counter, the drive thru got all of the attention. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I just ordered a 4 piece tenders meal at the drive thru. I also ordered a large drink and 2 ranch and 2 honey mustard dips. I got no dips and a small drink. As for the chicken, it looked paler than normal and was barely warm. I bit into it and it was cool and pink on the inside. It couldn’t have been a simple mistake as it was obviously undercooked, it was deliberate.

It’s very clear the employees here are incompetent and don’t know how to read. My order was had no extravagant demands. Clicked stuff on the app and sent it in. Somehow they forgot my wedges, sauces, and pickles on my chicken sandwich. If I wanted a piece of chicken slapped on bread I wouldn’t have gone to KFC. Their prices are way too high for the quality to be this poor. Didn’t even get the drink right. Happened to the folks just in front of me too.

I’m so tired of this location but unfortunately it’s the only one close to me! Today I ordered 2 famous bowls and a spicy chicken sandwich. Bowls came out COLD and the sandwich had a bone it in that cut my gums and made me bleed IN THE FIRST BITE, on the bright side the sandwich was warm lol how do I add a picture?

I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR AT KFC, this location has ruined it!! They are rude, and disrespectful of people’s time and money
I placed an online order for pick up at 630pm
Arrived at 720,there were 2 cars in drive through and 2 people eating and no one in line I stood at counter over 5 minutes without being acknowledged by staff strike one
My order was not ready I was told 8 minutes on chicken
So I waited, 30 minutes later only my chicken was bagged and handed to me I informed the girl with red hair that’s not my order she snatched the bag off counter strike two when the whole order was brought back there were still missing items when attempting to get the staffs attention I was ignored so I yelled excuse me the tall guy who I assume was the manager attempted to check me about raising my voice the girl with red braids laughed and acknowledged the missing items but just stood there my chicken was not sauced and box was open in bag strike three I asked for a refund and was given 52 of the 56 I spent when I questioned it the tall guy who I assume was manager stated that’s all he is refunding no food and part of my money stolen and rude behavior this is not a good look KFC

I went through the Drive through, so I don’t know how the inside was. I waited awhile and no one answered on the speaker, so I drove up to the window and there were workers inside, standing there talking. The girl came to the window and took my order, then let me know that next time I come that I need to order back at their speaker. I told her no one answered, so that’s why I pulled up. When I got home with my food, it was very greasy and cold. I got a leg and 2 very small thighs in the 3 piece meal. Last time I go there

Went today and got a family 12 piece meal. Chicken was soggy with the skin falling off in pieces. And the gravy had a weird film on top and was too watery. And the fries were hard.

Only thing good was the chicken sandwich.

This new design of the dining area is very decked out. Menu is a tad bigger with a ton of diffrent things you can order. Meduim priced. Lots of parking and seating. Food is pretty good here and service is great. Good music and its a kids friendly environment. Highly recommended.
