Employees were socializing with a City Market for a couple minutes. Ordered two vanilla lattes. One employee wassyrup eating while the two were making the coffees. After leaving, the coffees did not taste like the Starbucks we love. Think they put decaf or no coffee all. Spend fourteen dollars on hot milk and syrup. Really disappointed.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks a couple months ago but now it’s like a joke. I miss the old baristas Is it normal for a drink to be $1 dollar? I was in line when I noticed the guy who works there changed the price to the person in front of me almost giving it for free?! Tried to find a manager but cashiers told me they were gone at that time.

Wow. what a mind-blowing experience. I showed up to pick up my online order and my drink was made wrong, which was not the problem. I completely understand things happen and I’m patient. I worked in a coffee shop for five years, I understand how easy it is to make a mistake or miss something. However, when I kindly pointed out to the barista that the drink in the cup and the drink on the ticket were not the same drink, she chose to argue with me about how I ordered incorrectly and that if I wanted my drink made right I should have ordered right. I ordered a small iced Americano, no water, extra ice. The app does not allow you to order two shots of expresso and add ice, so I order it as an Americano (which is actually more expensive than ordering two shots – but again it is not an option in the app). Not only was the drink filled to the top with water, but when I pointed out it was just supposed to be espresso and ice, she got upset with me and told me that she put water (intentionally) because I ordered wrong and that is not how americanos are made. Then continued to make a big deal about having to remake the drink all while being extremely rude. I work in customer service and have been the one behind the counter before. First, I would never ever tell a customer I purposefully made their drink wrong because they ordered it wrong and then get upset at them when they ask for what they ordered. Secondly, I would never treat a customer the way I was treated, as though I was a massive inconvenience to their day. This was a treat for me to splurge and get a coffee as it is so expensive everywhere, and the experience was ruined and money and time wasted.

The Starbucks in City Market in Avon is great. The other Starbucks in town have needed to close often due to a lack.of finding employees. Somehow this location has been able to stay open their regular hours. The staff is friendly and always gets my order right. Thank you!

This Starbucks location has greatly improved from how they were awhile back. The baristas are very patient and helpful no matter how busy they get. I will be a returning customer from here on out.

Asked if she could make some fresh, because it was cold after putting cream, she replied that coffee was just made 10 mins ago. It felt like she didn’t want to make any coffee.
