I had a really disappointing experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. I went in for a burrito and the only protein options available were chicken and barbacoa. On top of that, there was no shredded cheese, no lettuce, and no sour cream — it felt like half the menu was missing. My burrito ended up looking like it came off a kids’ menu, not something worth paying full price for.
To make matters worse, the ice machine wasn’t working properly and kept releasing ice nonstop. There was literally a mountain of ice on the floor, and I almost slipped trying to get my drink. I reported the issue to staff members, but they just walked away and didn’t seem to care about the situation at all.
The tables in the dining area were also dirty, which just added to the frustration. Between the limited food options, small portions, lack of cleanliness, and a safety hazard that wasn’t addressed, this was easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. Very disappointed.

I don’t usually rate chipotle as they are typically and auto 5 star. After today that will change 3/1/2026 at 3:30 PM. Had a tall buff white dude with black hair making my bowl, he declined my request for extra cheese i would’ve glady have paid extra if needed NEVER HAD THIS issue. I will always be sticking to the south side chipotle from now on as a local.

What an excellent experience I have had here at Chipotle. I had got a steak burrito with cheese and sour cream, the steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. To add to my experience, the staff were so friendly and helpful. They seemed to be running low on sour cream, so I told them not to worry about it.. well this gentleman went to the back and got more sour cream just so I could have extra on my burrito. I had also got a side of chips and vinegarette, both were a perfect combo with my steak burrito! The tables were clean and so was the lobby as well. Best experience at Chipotle, highly recommend!!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The employee with long hair preparing the food was not wearing a hair net while making burritos, which is concerning when it comes to food safety and hygiene.
I also ordered double protein, and the portion I received was barely even half of a full scoop — it looked more like a quarter of a spoon. If customers are paying extra, the portion should reflect that.
Most of the staff were rude and unhelpful. I tried to get a side of guac, and instead of assisting, one employee told the cashier to “do it herself.” The only person who was kind, professional, and actually doing her job well was the young woman at the register wearing a hijab. She was very sweet, went out of her way to help, and even went to the back to take care of the guac herself. She was the only bright spot in an otherwise unpleasant visit.
Customer service and food standards seriously need improvement at this location.

Real deal Spill
My first time coming to this location. And I used the drive thru for my pickup order. I got there kinda early about 5 minutes and the associate clearly already had an attitude, when she couldn’t greet me properly, “what’s the name” she asked. I told her “it’s for Kenn”. She side eyed and said “umm could it be under your name” now again, just for reference, this is my first time at this location. Also, I definitely don’t know this young lady. So before I could even respond she says, “I have a Kamila”? I told her, it’s for Kenn, again. I was baffled. She came back to the window with my order (and I decided to inform her that she’s at work .) My words exactly were, “next time don’t be so quick to judge ppl by how they look, you thought my name was Kamila bc of my race,”. She looked back at me like a deer caught in bright lights, confused. I’m sick of these employers giving out jobs to the local college students who don’t have any experience whatsoever. They’re just trying to make some extra cash but not give customer service. Next time try, “hi welcome what’s the name on the order”… and be done with it. Ridiculous!

Nick- well well well. We meet again google reviews. What a rollercoaster chipotle was. I did enjoy the good. A few complaints moreover. I noticed as i walked in everyone looked my way. I had just finished up relieving myself in my moms vehicle, because im out of a job, im a bum, give me a break. Anyways. I go up to the line and i have done my homework, more food in a bowl than a burrito. I ask for a bowl and brown rice. Terribly tiny scoop. We move to the bean section. I get brown and ask for double. He looks me up and down and says no. Un-freaking-believable. I get double carne and boy was that a mistake. Gassiest ive ever been. Honestly only good thing was the free napkins and plasticware. Had me bloated for hours. Could barely fit in my vehicle and had to call an uber x. The portions could be bigger but other than that no complaints. -Nick

Don’t order online. This is twice now they’ve messed up my order. First time they didn’t have chips so they broke shells up and put them in the bag hoping I wouldn’t notice. Second time they didnt give me the queso (ordered & paid). Not to.mention the portions are the smallest of any Chipotle I’ve been to. If you have the need to order Chipotle, go to the south location (slightly better).
