If I could give negative stars I would! Idk if these are the owners or who but they are SO rude! No greeting, act clueless, aggravated by anything I request on my sandwich like I’m asking for them to do too much! Lord help us that we get to create our own sandwiches!! Wrong bread, toppings you could barely see, wrong cheese (then takes provolone cheese off halfway melted and puts it back in the bin to add the pepperjack that it was originally supposed to be). Told them I didn’t want artisan bread my order was for Italian herb and he starts slamming stuff around. You do not need to be in a customer service setting at all! The service was bad last time but not near this bad… at least the food was right last time! I’ll be going back to Medina where I should’ve went anyways as they’re always polite and get your orders right! Subway-Stonebrook, you need to do much better!

Gave me a sandwich that looked balled up and was heavily ripped. They also gave me the wrong bread and didn’t call me before pickup to let me know the bread i wanted was unavailable. They also deliberately avoid answering the phone. BAD LOCATION!!

Every time I go in there, I get lees toppings on my sandwich. Basically ate a bread sandwich today. It had 2 thin slices of ham, 5 shreds of lettuce and two cherry tomato slices! Talk about stingy!

I usually don’t even care about Subway. And nowadays I usually bring my lunch to work. But whenever I don’t, I go here. The owners and staff have never been anything but nice.
They’ve done several little things that I thought were great service that not everywhere will do. In fact most places these days are offering poor service. I guess this place is just a breath of fresh air.
It will continue, if I don’t bring my lunch to work, this is where I’ll go to eat.

Rude! Sandwich was ok, but when I asked the server lady if she had earbuds by any chance for her loud tablet (she was eating right behind us), she made a waving off gesture and turned the volume down. No sorry, nothing. Great atmosphere indeed! Never be back.

Worst service ever. Normally whenever I go there to get a sandwich they always attend me but this time no. The woman that was there seen me walk in but didn’t even try to ask me what I wanted. Just kept talking on the phone, I waited but they never attended me so I walk out.

I have had the most absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life of 46 years at this Subway store. For one the stuff that I requested was not rendered they were out of drinks, they were out of potato chips the staff was very rude did not give an opportunity or a chance to try to rectify the situation on top of the fact that I was be little and be righted when I said when they said oh don’t worry about him. Also to add when I was being assisted , I was asking questions about why did I not get a large drink or drinks , the sandwich maker the sandwich attendant whatever they’re called she just stopped talking and walked away from me and started helping another customer. They are the most rudest people operating this store . Subway, if I could give it a 0 star or negative 5 I would do so. Stay away!

Absolutely terrible service. I picked my sandwich up about 8:00pm and drove home just for it, a subway melt, to have not a single slice of cheese. We got back in the car, drove back to this location and arrived at 8:26pm. On the doors and online, it says this location closes at 9:00pm and they already had the doors locked and was refusing to answer when we just wanted to correct our sandwich. Once they finally found out the issue, they simply told us that we needed to get a refund through online subway services. Which would be fine if they were closed, but they were not. So when asked why there was no cheese on our melt, they told us “They don’t put an ingredient on there if it wasn’t requested by the customer.” However, if they had read this online order properly, it says “Pepperjack cheese x 3” on the receipt. They had such horrible attitudes and very unhelpful as actual employees from this restaurant.
