Stopped here for lunch on our way to Tallahassee. Not a fan of fast food places. Limited choices, Dunkin, Wendy’s which had a long line or KFC Express. Your place your on a computer and pay there. They call your name when your order is ready . Tried the 8 pc. Nuggets Combo with Fries, Biscuit, Medium drink , and a choice of several different sauces. Just OK.

KFC’s are known for fast food but this one takes the title as the slowest ever. If you want something quick to keep on going make sure to avoid this KFC. The kid serving here is as slow as they come and could care less about your wait time. You can make your order here go fill up your tank of gas, take a bathroom break, walk your dog, come back and your order still won’t be ready. You’ve been warned!

There were 2 kiosks and there was a line at both of them. They would not take our order at the counter. We had questions while ordering (we wanted chicken pieces and pictures of nuggets kept coming up) once we finally got the guy to turn around and acknowledge us, he told us it was pieces and that he doesn’t control the pictures. We understand that, we just wanted to be sure we were getting what we wanted. I got the 3 piece tenders, when I opened my box there were 3 pieces but I’m pretty sure they were just ripped off a chicken breast and put in the box. I was a bit surprised at the presentation. The other two people in my group got chicken pieces.The chicken didn’t taste bad and it was hot like it was just cooked.
When I went up to pick up our food, there was a lady trying to get the guys attention. I told her it took a minute when we tried. She got the chicken nuggets, she showed them to me, they looked totally dried out, like they had been reheated a couple times.
We should have looked at the reviews before we picked chicken over Wendy’s.

The manager, Ed is absolutely ridiculous disrespectful rude, and wants to raise his voice when a customer is disappointed in the service. After ordering a five piece strip meal and waiting for 10 minutes just to have one of the employees yell out no more nuggets no more strips was absolutely ridiculous. The manager, Ed should not be a manager or even be employed in customer service. This type of person is exactly why customer service is going down the drain, especially with Kentucky Fried chicken stores. I highly recommend avoiding this location. Cleanliness is not good employees attitudes not good and the manager wanted to complain that he’s been trying to get more people, but he just can’t Just excuses after excuses when I asked for my money back after waiting for 10 minutes and being yelled over-the-counter to everybody no more nuggets no more strips

The second star is purely to recognize the kindness of the server. But this is the slowest, undercooked chicken, overall mess of a restaurant. Go somewhere else unless you absolutely need to stop here. All the restaurants are bad. Grab some chips and a coke, and you’ll thank me for that advice. Have a blessed day.

Zero stars! I stand in line for 10 minutes the worker doesn’t even turn around to tell me that there’s a kiosk to use! Then at the kiosk, I can’t edit my sandwich the way I’d like to. And the associate tells me sorry I’m busy with all these other orders! KFC get it together! Trash

I had the worst experience With a guy name Ed I Oder some food and there was a mistake with the Order and I ask the manger Ed if he can fix my order and he said NO! I never in my life had someone tell me this I’m paying for my food what you mean no? This guys lost his mind.. if u miserable at this job then go somewhere else. And I try to pay with Apple Pay and he said he don’t take Apple Pay only card… but my Apple Pay went through, this guys was just being mean and rude. And the food taste old don’t waste your time here especially if you’re really hungry.

Based on the day they will take your order. Wasting your time is key. Some days the kiosk is open for orders some days they are not. Their days that are the registered they will refuse to take parts only cash and truck drivers.
Employee refused to service me even though I was on the line and told me I was not a truck driver. I had to used the kiosk. As soon she screamed that kiosk had to be used, five people behind me moved to the Kiosk to place orders. Leaving me at the very end of the line.

I tried KFC all across US. Most of the time the chicken taste blend and DRY. This one… it’s super juicy. The wait is horrific but at the end… it’s worth the wait!

This place is ridiculous! KFC Express my @$$! People here waiting over 30 minutes with only 2 employees who refuse to acknowledge the customers and have their backs turned so they don’t have to answer any questions or interact with anyone. Don’t come here if you’re on a schedule. Only come if you have an hour to kill and like being mistreated by service people.
