Only been here twice but both times have been good for me. Mobile orders have been quick. Counter person (man) at my second visit had a very warm and upbeat personality. Good for if you’ve been peckish and need something quick. Also good if you need to charge your phone like I am doing right now as they have an outlet at some of the booths.

It’s a mcdonalds. The chicken sandwiches have definitely gotten thinner and less flavorful. The formula has changed but I don’t think its anything to do with the store itself as it seems to be a company issue. The staff was extremely nice and everyone was trying their best when we went.

I paid for 10 McNuggets and didn’t receive them.
This is not the first time, which makes it even worse.
Staff clearly does not check orders before handing them out.
Extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

I was on the phone for over 5 min with the branch that I usually go. And no wonder they’ve gone down in rating ‘cos I remember when they were at 4.4. They do not know how to take an order. They don’t know what’s salt packets for someone who has heart condition not to add it. Very incompetent staff. Owner has to train ‘em better or replace ‘em.

Montebello is one of the participants of the Guava Pie. I can’t believe it and it’s good for a fast food item. You can’t beat the $1.00 fresh brew ice tea here. I think this was 2 bucks. But it’s 16 grams of sugar. It’s okay once in a while at 210 cal.

I was there with my mother and my step father, we were traveling from South Jersey to upstate Vermont for my brother’s wedding. We decided to stop at this McDonald’s because it was on our route. My mom ordered first, then my step dad, and I said “make that two, I’ll have the same thing, sausage McMuffin meal”. With no reaction from the employee, I said again, “I’ll have the same as him, did you get that?” It was almost like she pretended to push a button and looked at me and said “yes”. She was Mexican, and the ONLY reason why I say that is because I believe there was a language barrier and that was mostly likely the reason why she just said “yes”. I don’t think she lied, I think she didn’t understand what I said. So the food comes out and it’s my mother’s hot cakes and only one sausage McMuffin meal which was my step fathers. Kinda sucked because that food took a little bit longer then we wanted it to, because we wanted to get back on the road asap, but now we are forced to wait longer. Wasn’t that big of a deal, but if I wasn’t fluent in German, I wouldn’t work at a McDonald’s in Germany.
