The Burger King in Mt. Orab is always a great stop! The food is fresh, hot, and made just the way you order it. The staff here are friendly and quick, making sure you’re taken care of whether you’re dining in or going through the drive-thru. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, with a comfortable atmosphere if you choose to sit down and eat. They do an excellent job of getting orders out fast, even during busy times. Definitely one of the better Burger Kings around, and I’ll keep coming back whenever I’m in Mt. Orab!

The lady was very kind; she was a little persistent that I get something other than the burger because it was early in the morning (9 am). Only 16 bucks for two people to eat. Otherwise, the environment was very clean, the employees were nice, and the food was quick. I’m not sure why people left tons of bad reviews. I also received a free hash brown!

Tried this location again. And was here during the week it opened and unfortunately it hasn’t gotten better! My food was cold and I had to listen to a management person complaining about the company and saying about to walk out!! I really like Burger King but I won’t be going there anymore after another bad experience!!

The clerk clearly didn’t want to take my order and spoke with a sarcastic tone, like she hoped I’d cancel. I waited 10 minutes and got a decent cheeseburger, but the fries and chicken fries were cold. I didn’t bother asking for replacements since the clerk already seemed upset. Next time I’m passing through, I’ll skip this BK.
Advice:
Serve food hot, fresh, and with a smile—or lose customers.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I made an online order. Went to pick order up. Waited 14 minutes in drive thru, decided to back up and go inside to pick up. I waited roughly another 23 minutes inside with zero interest from employees to acknowledge me. CSR takes orders from people behind me, skips me, I mention it and the manager on shift cussed me out, yelled at me then proceeded to call the police because I said “excuse me I’ve been waiting and I was skipped.”
Very unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude.
I cannot believe the G.M, D.M, and R.M thinks this attitude and behavior is acceptable from their shift managers.

If I was able to leave a zero that is what it would be. The first time we went we were ignored at the counter and the lady even walked out and decided to have a smoking break! We went somewhere else and thought for whatever reason we would go back and give it another try. Today, March 1st, 2025 we went back and check the door to see what the dining room hours were. It clearly read 12:00 a.m. we went inside bought our dinner and sat down about 9:45 p.m. our fries we’re obviously sitting there for quite some time as they were cold and with no one else in the dining room we definitely should have had a fresh set of fries. I decided this was not worth arguing over. We were quietly eating on our own as there was no one else in the dining room. At 10:15 one of the workers was sent out by the manager to ask us to leave. He explained that the dining room closed at 10:00 p.m. I explained that the door didn’t say the same. The young kid was unsure of what to do or say so he walked back behind the counter. I approached the manager and bluntly said that I’ve never been asked to leave a dining room that closes at 12:00 a.m. and when we were quietly sitting there still eating. He said again that the dining room closed at 10:00 and I explained to him that the outside sticker said 12:00 a.m. he said that I was not correct and so I walked him out to the sticker and showed him exactly what it said. At this point he was being very disrespectful and rude saying that he’s not from corporate and can’t help that. We will never return to this Burger King again and we will definitely spread the word elsewhere. As we were walking to the truck he repeated that his boss said that they had to close it at 10:00 and I told him that he should Mark that out with a permanent marker and change it to the right time.

I was disappointed with the Steakhouse bacon burger. They didn’t have A1 sauce, but failed to tell me that when I ordered. I asked for a side of the A1 sauce (since there was none on the burger) and that’s when they told me they didn’t have any and substituted BBQ sauce. Well they forgot to add the BBQ sauce. So they reluctantly gave me a side of the BBQ sauce. Not the same. I realize restaurants run out of stuff, but they should have told me when I ordered so I would have the option to order something else.

Absolutely THE worse Burger King to hit the Midwest. No wonder everyone stopped going there 6 months after they opened. This place won’t last long. They need to bring in better management.

I really don’t appreciate getting called a thief when I ask for my missing items then don’t tell me if I wanted a meal to order it that way instead when I did an give me sas when I go to show you the receipt that proves what I ordered

This place is awful, if this is the one in Mt Orab, the food was frozen, we were half hour in drive thru and the people taking orders…. Very very bad. And the worst part is it’s like that every time I’ve been there not going back. I work right down from there at PJ’S
