The new atmosphere from New Management has been a lot better. I used to go in there and get sandwiches that I would order online and there’s hardly anything on them meat wise and condiments. I stopped ordering subs from there and ordering from a different Subway. But lately with the new management and the nice staff by sandwiches have been phenomenal. Keep up the good work.

No phone number to get a hold of someone. Ordered food on app the app changed pick up location to a store I visited ONCE a few weeks ago. Tried to call and cancel and get my refund but was greeted with “we’re sorry the number you have called has been disconnected”…. How is someone supposed to get a hold of anyone if they aren’t paying their phone bill???

Unfortunately this location needs to close too. Now that community markets and rite aid is gone, there is even less people in this strip on any given day. I could tell just going inside that very few had been in there all day and the food had been sitting for a while. The heat in the restaurant was turned up super high and the food was uncovered when I walked in even though I was the only one in the parking lot. My sandwich was as you would expect with a couple of bites of spinach going rancid and a few other not so fresh veggies. The bread was also slightly stale. I wish I would have gone somewhere else so definitely avoid this location if you can.

Horrible location! Ordered via the app. App said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived at 20 minutes. Food wasn’t ready, the worker finished it up in less than 5 minutes. Looking at the bowl it appeared complete. Get to my destination and there is no meat or cheese. I called to see if I could get a refund or instore credit. The answer was “no, we can’t do anything because it’s an online order”. They asked me to come back and they would have the corrected bowl waiting on me. I cannot miss meetings or alter a work schedule because you failed at your job. I should have opened the container and looked for the most expensive part. I paid for double steak and received salad, no meat no dairy. The best part is the lack of effort or care by the store. Order at your own risk!

The worst service I’ve ever gotten from ANY location. My sandwich lacked substance, which I suppose I’ll have to quit buying out if I’m gonna get shorted every time. Places are getting ridiculously skimpy on their items. So sad

the new owner fired all existing employees after promising not to fire them. ghosted them for a long time. previous owners never had fridge to temp and food would always be at unsafe temps. didn’t like to fix anything and took forever to lay employees and were rude to customers

Usually the service is good and so is the food, but recently their hours have been all over the place. I got there at 6:55pm today and they saw me pull up and locked the door as they let out the only customer in the building. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Given that when I can get service the food is good and the employees are nice I’d be willing to improve my rating if they can get consistent hours instead of wasting my time. They seem to close 15 to 45 minutes early often. I went to Popeyes and got great service and they were open during their set hours 🙂

Where do I start. First off, the store was sold, and the new owners had the employees train his family members then fired them so his family could fill positions. Crap right. Really nothing else needs said since food at unsafe temps and always not up to par in anyway. I recommend you go anywhere else in New Carlisle and enjoy a dinner cause it won’t happen here.

Under new ownership. Great customer service and did a great job. I did not catch their names but it was a gentlemen and a lady working on 6/17/2025. Food was great and even listened to exactly what my picky kids wanted on their subs lol. 5*
