Food was cold and under cooked.
Coffee was made with hardly any coffee, way too weak compared how it usually is, waitress tried gaslighting me into thinking its always been that bad, even though it isnt.
Very poor service, even under the context of being on her own when she tried to downplay the poor quality of the food, which isnt typically so bad.
Ive had bad service and food before, but never to such a degree.

Service was extremely slow and it took over 40 mins to get any food and we ordered 1/2 sandwich and soup & breakfast eggs bacon sausage gravy & biscuits when it came it was cold, eggs undercooked, sausage gravy cold with globs of uncooked gravy. Truly awful meal Shouldn’t have had to pay for it.

Horrible service. I ordered a sunshine skillet and a farmers platter. For reference the platter was the two containers on the right and the sunshine skillet is entirely in the side container in the left. They also failed to include the biscuits and when I called to complain they just gaslit me and said they packed it themselves. I’m sure nobody has ever placed an item down on the counter instead of in the bag. Won’t be wasting my money again.

Ordered the sunshine skillet which I seem to always get. The cast iron crock it is served in was cold and the food was as well. Asked for another and she just warmed it. When it came back it was so dry it was nasty. Asked for some country gravy and it didn’t help. I get this all the time at other Bob evans and it’s always super good. Looks nasty too. And the toast is soggy and barely toasted. These days people want their food to be worth the price

Quickly greeted and sat. We have small children and the kids toys and books for purchase before you sit are a great feature.
Order was taken quickly but not rushed.
Food came quick. Obviously its a chain and you know the quality you get but seriously the fresh made from scratch pancakes were delicious…way better than what i expected…that in addition to great service and kids who were occupied with a book made for a great experience.

Our service from Paula was excellent. We went on a Friday morning to eat and were seated right in front. We watched her do pretty much everything while the numerous other people were just standing there doing virtually nothing. A few key things I noticed:
1.) Ashley would go MIA for long periods of time.
2.) there was a problem with the register and Paula (while waiting on three tables) called Gretchen to come help fix it and she yells from the kitchen “WHAT DO THEY WANT I’M COOKING!!” The other party obviously heard.
3.) someone was talking very loudly about how they were on probation and had to get special permission from their PO to serve alcohol at a get together
4.) they didn’t have a hostess so the waitresses were “splitting” the work amongst themselves. There was a young short dark haired waitress who would come up to the lobby and be like “I’ll seat you here and PAULA will take care of you”
5.) there was an older heavy set bottle blonde lady literally doing nothing, and when Paula took a breather in a corner after she made sure everyone was taken care of said blonde lady yells “PAULA WHAT ARE YOU DOING OVER THERE”
10/10 would go back but only if Paula’s working

I’m convinced there has been a management change at this location cause the service has been improving. Tonight my waitress was Sara who could have not been nicer. The restaurant is close to home, good service, quick and good quality.
They do need to turn the a/c down a notch though, it’s usually cold in here.

Knocked a star off the review after today’s visit, we basically left after sitting down and after a long time had No service, no order, no coffee and they weren’t that busy either.

Twice now in coming here in the past 2 weeks the service has been horrendous. Last week we walked out after being seated and waited over 10 min, today we stood at the hostess booth for 5 min then seated ourselves. I think of it wasn’t for waitresses like Lucy I would stop coming here altogether.
4/2022 No real changes, I’ll go here cause I have a lot of gift cards for some reason?
