Great service, great prices, good portions.

They stop serving breakfast at 11:00AM.

BLT
– plenty of bacon

Chicken BLT Wrap
– generous portion
– chicken is bland

Monte Cristo
– generous deli
– syrup made it sweet (which is not my taste)

Pasta Salad
– very tasty

Great place to grab lunch and enjoy.

Nice outdoor seating upon walk in. Very reasonable prices for almost 2026. I got the chicken souvlaki and it did not disappoint. Their tzatziki sauce was good, but not great. It tasted like it was missing something important. The service was good, the clerk was friendly and offered to explain the menu and side options. He also ran my food out to me at my table out front. Don’t forget to tip!

Usually when I order food and I get something that is not to my liking I can let it pass. And if I’m “eating in” I can usually just have them replace what isn’t good. However I ordered delivery and couldn’t send it back. With that being said, the part I didn’t like was the main part of my breakfast. (Mind you I have ordered here before, the breakfast was decent and excellent burger and fries), but this time it was downright horrible! Absolutely disgusting!

I ordered the biscuits & gravy w/eggs sunny side up w/home fries and side of grits and a diet coke. I figured I could have some for breakfast & rest on my late lunch today. Omg…I wish I would have asked for the gravy on the side because I cut up my delicious eggs and it mixed in w/the gravy… the B&G tasted rotten, I don’t know if it was the flavor of the sausage or if they tried to make the gravy taste more like sausage, but it was inedible and it took my eggs w/it. The flavor was so bad I actually gagged when I tried to eat the eggs. I moved on the the home fries and as you can see from my pic there is barely an onion or green pepper to be seen, they were so dry that I couldn’t even swallow them, I had to spit them out. I’ve never seen home fries that are that dry, don’t you cook them on a flat top griddle w/grease on it?

Out of everything in my order I was able to eat the grits but once they started getting cold they had a completely different taste and texture to them, it was weird. So I paid a helluva lot of money for a diet Pepsi, everything else went in the garbage.

I wish I could have had a 5 star experience like everyone else, because that was all the lunch money I had for the day. Unfortunately I will never be ordering from there again 🙁

NO hiding here!!! Found this gem when waiting for Tax Collector to open. WOW. It’s extremely clean inside, has outdoor seating. Amazing prices and most of all the food was excellent. Got an egg, sausage, croissant and it was freshly made. If you’re in a hurry order ahead and pick it up via take out window. Will DEFINITELY be coming back. Greeted with a smile and left with a thank you for stopping in

This is a basic, cafeteria style spot with average food and the prices reflect that whole experience. $11 for a tuna melt with a side. The sandwich was decent the potato salad was dry and not edible. Again this is a basic cafeteria style spot that serves the court house. Don’t say I didn’t tell you so.

I’ve been working downtown for 5 years , been to all the breakfast spots and NOT ONE OF THEM can compete with hideout. The owner has an insanely clear passion for the place and his customers. The food was a 1000/10 hands down the best egg I’ve ever had in my life the home fries were amazing Even the butter on the toast was amazing

A fantastic breakfast and lunch spot! The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is surprisingly good. Service is impressively fast, even during busy times when there’s a line to order — it moves quickly.

What really sets this place apart are the prices. HANDS DOWN the best in the neighborhood! Most menu items are under $10 and include a side. They even offer a rotating monthly specials list for just $8, which includes a fountain drink.

Great food, great value, and great vibes. Love this place!

This place is truly one of those rare downtown finds that delivers solid quality, speed, and value all in one. Located conveniently near the courthouse and other government offices, it’s an easy and practical choice whether you’re on jury duty, running errands, or just looking for a dependable breakfast or lunch spot.

The food quality is consistently very good. Breakfast sandwiches are fresh, hot, and well put together, with eggs cooked properly and bread that’s actually toasted not soggy or rushed.

Lunch options are just as satisfying, from sandwiches and wraps to daily specials that feel filling without being heavy. Portions are generous for the price, which is increasingly hard to find these days, especially in downtown West Palm Beach.

Service is one of the biggest strengths here. Orders move quickly even when there’s a line, and the staff stays efficient without making customers feel rushed. The owner and team are friendly, personable, and clearly take pride in what they do.

You can tell they care about their regulars and the surrounding community, which gives the place a welcoming, neighborhood feel.

The atmosphere is casual and no-frills, but very clean and well maintained. It’s not a fancy café, but that’s part of its charm simple, comfortable, and focused on doing the basics right. Indoor seating is neat, and there’s also outdoor seating available, which is a nice bonus on good weather days.

Pricing is another major plus. With many meals coming in under $10, it’s one of the best values downtown. You leave full and satisfied without feeling like you overpaid, which makes it an easy place to return to multiple times a week.

The reason for four stars instead of five is mainly due to minor inconsistencies during peak hours things can get busy, and at times phone orders or seating availability may be limited. That said, these are understandable given how popular the place is, and they don’t take away from the overall experience.

All in all, this is a reliable, well-run spot with good food, fast service, fair prices, and a friendly team. If you’re anywhere near the courthouse or downtown area and need a quick, satisfying meal, this place is absolutely worth stopping by.

I’ve had lunch or breakfast here for 4 days in a row during my jury service. Good quality food, fast service, nice atmosphere, and pricing is terrific. If you’re at the courthouse and need a nice meal definitely swing by here, it’s a 3 minute walk from the courthouse.
