Dining at Hilltown is a phenomenal experience – do not leave the area without experiencing it! We dined 2 nights in a row over a weekend trip-we just had to come back. Perfect for a wide range of occasions – families with kids, date nights, groups of adult friends, and more were all enjoying the incredible food. You will find favorites done exceptionally well (margherita pizza, spaghetti pomodoro), combined with dishes that showcase a deep knowledge of southern Italian cuisine and are really special to find on a menu. I highly recommend the radicchio salad, mozz sticks, salsiccia pizza and gelato specifically. The service is warm, attentive and inviting. My husband tried new wines from southern Italy and loved them – he’s a picky one with wine so finding new favorites was a testament to their beverage program. A top notch experience, we can’t wait to be back!

The flavors, ingredients, and STYLE of these pizzas is so incredibly warm and welcoming. If you’re in the area, you MUST go here. Get the meatballs, their local wine, and the L’irpinia pizza.
Also, the owner is just a gem and is rightfully so proud of what he has built.

I got the Vegano. It was locally sourced veggies and it was unique and they offered to add lemon zest for me. The olives were so citrusy and fresh and our waitress was an angel. would recommend to anyone

Fabulous. Welcoming, great ambiance and absolutely delicious food. Everything was well prepared and beautifully presented. Rafi greeted us warmly. The service was great. The decor was cool. A great addition to our Berkshires food scene. Highly recommend but it’s going to be a hard table to get! Plan ahead!!

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Firstly the staff was incredible: from the hostess to waitress to cook and owner, everyone was passionate and excited to host. We sat in front of the kitchen and saw fresh pies coming out. The appetizer was savory and a great start to the meal, and the wine selection was extensive and the bottle we got paired great with our pizzas. Easy parking and food came out on time. Thanks to the staff for seating and hosting us close to closing time.

Just got in with one of the last open reservations for their opening night. Best pizza I have ever had. The cornbread tiramisu was really lovely too. Also, a great and welcoming vibe, as well as amazing wines and service. This place is stellar!

Best pizza I’ve ever had. Insane desserts from the in-house pastry chef. Amazing drink menu. Gorgeous interior and stunning porch/deck for outdoor seating weather permitting. Extraordinarily warm and welcoming team. You can feel the love in every thing in this place, from the family photos on the wall to the herb garnishes on the pie (often picked from the garden). Bravo Chef Rafi and team!!

Walked in this beautiful, welcoming cozy space, everyone very happy and accommodating. My husband and my 14 year old son wanted the fried mozzarella which was so fresh and the sauce I could of drank it, it was so fresh! Then of course my husband and son and I all ordered a pie because we couldn’t decide..and wow so fresh and delicious! Then the dessert is what made it!! Beautiful cornbread tiramisu, rusticly presented in a glass with loaded of mascarpone cream..yum!! 10 out 10…we will definitely be coming again soon

Wow. We started with a plate of crisp pickled fennel and smokey red pepper’s accompanied by chewy baked wedges of sourdough flat bread (could have made a meal of it alone ). The meatballs that came next were fluffy and perfectly sauced. More bread ?- yes please . We shared one of the special pies – a perfect pairing of perfectly seasoned sauce , stracciatella and fresh mozzarella with fragrant basil . Fire crisped edges, EVO dripping in the right spots. More napkins please .… No room for dessert, but the offerings on the neighboring table looked inviting so we will look forward to trying something sweet next time . I agree with others that it is noisy- a happy cacophony- and refreshing on a weeknight off season . Can’t wait to sit at the pizza bar located in front of the oven to watch the bevy of chefs spinning dough . Thank you for staying the course to bring your wonderful restaurant to South County -Brava Raffi and Team !
