The fries were so old and dry, they were hollow inside. The wings were dry as well and hard. The burger was liked by the person that ate it. I was highly disappointed with the wings. The food didn’t seem fresh at all. This was my 2nd time trying bww and it saddens me this visit went so wrong. The meal for 2 was $55. Definitely a lot more than what I would pay for poor quality wings. At this point Tyson frozen wings would’ve been better.

Food was hot and fresh but service sucked really bad. Our first time dining in, and I clearly didn’t know you’re not supposed to order for carry out and then ask to eat there instead. Maybe just miscommunication on both sides, but I’m sure we will return since the food was good. We’ll know what to do next time for sure. Manager on duty had an attitude-good customer service can be hard to find. Fashion yourself accordingly.

We used to enjoy going to BWW’s in Mesquite off Emporium Drive but it seems it’s go downhill over the last couple of years. We decided to give the BWW’s in Forney a try and it was/is a really nice clean popping place. The food was good. I will say I ordered a chicken sandwich, although it was good I felt like it was a frozen patty they heated up and not a chicken patty they cooked. Everything else was on point. I definitely recommend going here!

I guess you need to verify what you order before you leave this establishment. This is the 2nd time that I got shorted on my order. Ordered 10 buffalo and 10 lemon pepper. I received 8 buffalo wings and they just dumped the lemon pepper season in the container and not on the wings. You’re going to lose credibility real quick if you don’t fix these issues.

I give service a 2 star because the hostess was very nice and deserves some credit. I gave Atmosphere a 2 because we watched some hockey. Other than that…. Nothing. We sat for over 10 min and didn’t even see a waiter for even a drink. We had already looked over the menu and knew what we wanted to eat for the appetizers and meal. But never got seen. We made eye contact with a few people but they never came over. We finally left and had to go somewhere else for dinner. Sad, because I was craving wings.

We have eaten inside twice and I did a pick order today. The service and food for dine in wasnt great to be honest. They were slow both time as we went during unpopular times and the staff took FOREVER to attend us, hardly check in, made mistakes on our order and overall seemed annoyed they had to work.
Today the young lady who took my phone order was so sweet. She cared to help, give me the best bang for by buck, didnt rush me, never sounded annoyed, overall great. When I went to pick, I met her in person and she was just so sweet!! Her parents are raising her right!!
The food though just doesnt hit. Wings over cooked, got large fries but honestly it looked like they rushed and only put half the fries in there. I mean, they dont even fill the ranch cups, its hardly half.
Overall disappointment and probably our last time trying them.

New place, it looks small from outside but it’s big on inside . Service & hospitality were good , but, the wings were over cooked & the nachos barely had any cheese . Waiter fixed by bringing us more queso , hope it was just the timing on a Sunday at 4pm .

Ordered online and when I went to pick it up at the promised time, it was not ready. Had to wait at least 15 minutes and they weren’t even busy. Service was not great either. The last time we dined in, the server was so slow and hardly checked on us. We ran out of drinks and had to ask another server to tell ours that we need our drinks refilled. There is a lot of other choices of restaurants in town with better service. Probably won’t be going back here. Gave them another chance to redeem themselves, but they totally failed!

Food is awful and over priced. It tastes pretty cooked, flas frozen and microwaved or deep fried. The BBQ chicken salad was literally the premix bag you can get at wal mart with a handful of bacon bits thrown on it, BBQ sauce and a microwaved chicken patty. Wings are over priced and small. Music is obnoxious and way too loud, even for a bar setting. Probably won’t come.back. service was good though.
