Very least.. If this is normal for them, they may want to rethink it.. Anyway, biscuit was delicious..
I had been standing in line for a few minutes already when an employee at register told another employee to cut in line in front of me so she could order her food and take a break, neither of them asked me if it was okay which I think is very rude and says a lot about how they were raised. Cashier took her time to take my order while she played catch up, after 10 minutes standing there I finally said ok I’m ready to order and she just looked at me like I was being rude, I stood there a little while longer before she actually took my order which was a burger combo with a strawberry shake. Meanwhile during the wait other employees complained about customers in drive through being too lazy to cook at home. Again the cashier and her coworkers continued to do their complaining and I could see that my burger had been set out for delivery, but I patiently waited for it. Minutes later the cook came to the counter and asked me what I had ordered, I told her and she set my order on a tray while the cashier did other things instead of what she should’ve done earlier in the day. Most of these employees were on their phones constantly which has me thinking it’s the reason they’re always behind on their work and taking it out on customers and also they need to learn how to do their jobs without being unsanitary. A quick reminder that Without customers there’s no business, and without business those employees don’t have a job. Probably should randomly review footage on these employees, and weed out the Lazy people who are constantly on their phones, otherwise this place won’t last long.
As for the drumstick , well I’m guessing it was supposed to be a Hush treat in hopes that I wouldn’t post this review.
I went there during lunchtime, it was moderately busy.
The restaurant was clean.
The employee taking orders was very dry and appeared to hate her job.
No greeting just, “What do you want.”
I had d the Big Bacon Burger.
The burger was ok. Not “Big” by any means. The bacon was the standard issue fast food thin overdone charcoal. Fries were a bit above average.
They offered other lunch items to include chicken, ice cream, and shakes.
Overall a place I would not really go out of my way to try.
Christian was exceptionally polite and made my visit feel welcoming and personal. Having someone on your team who demonstrates genuine customer service makes a real difference. I wasn’t very familiar with what Jack’s offers, but I’m so glad I stopped by today. This visit definitely won’t be my last.
When it comes down to it, the standard basic cheeseburger is the absolute best way to judge a place.
The new Jack’s just opened in Flowood – Hwy 80 across from the Outlet Mall – and I snuck over here to grab a quick lunch.
Their 2 Cheesburger combo with fries.
I really enjoyed the fries. Crinkle cut fries are some of my favorite and their fries are no exception. Crispy and salted perfectly. Their salt was a finer grind than most restaurants – I liked this a lot. Reminded me of the way potato chips are salted.
The burgers were good. Small cheeseburgers – as to be expected when you get two of them. Flavorful and seasoned better than the average fast food burger. Jack’s sauce, pickle, onion.
Really enjoyed it. They have a much bigger menu that includes fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and even hand-scooped ice cream.
Good service too! Nice people.
