I’ve been eating egg and cheese with a sesame seed bagel for breakfast 3 or 4 days a week for 5 years. It was the worst I’ve ever had. It was hard as a rock, not toasted at all, and the cheese remained just the way it was.

This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this Dunkin’s but it is the last. After having my order delivered today with missing items and no safety covers while being transported by a stranger and no care for the customer I’m good. I did call their phone line multiple times, but nobody answers per usual. Almost everyone has a bad attitude here, including the manager. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and think about how you’d feel if you couldn’t consume the breakfast you and your 2 year old so patiently waited for or if you and your family did consume an order that was not safely provided and fell very sick. I will be openly sharing this experience on all platforms possible as I do not want this to happen to someone who cannot stick up for themselves such as an elder or child.

My husband and I order here almost daily. At first it was great, but little by little it got worse and worse. The coffee cup’s actually have a sticker on them to tell the staff what goes into the coffee the exact number of sugars cream and flavor but they still mange to get it wrong. We gay the sandwiches and the bacon is burnt but the English muffin is raw or barely toasted. Just not good and it’s almost $20 for 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees and with directions/recipe printed out you would think it would be correct. We’re going to have to find another Dunkin’s on the way to work.

I have been coming to this Dunkin’s drive-thru quite frequently for the past couple of years and have never had a bad experience. But this morning the girl at the drive-thru had to remake my drink because she misheard me when I said white mocha, she thought I said regular mocha. When I pulled up, she remade the drink with such an attitude, taking it back from me, dumping it out and slamming it on the counter to remake it. I was definitely caught off guard by how rude she was for something that seemed to be just a small miscommunication. Just writing this review to say that customers (or anyone) don’t deserve to be treated that way.

I have gone here for many years. I stopped going because the lady taking my order argue with me about my order few years back. I went back again today thinking it had changed, unfortunately they argued with me again. She was different this time. The manager (I would persume) gave me my coffee tried to explain why she argued and was just as rude.

I have dunkins, every single morning without a doubt, just apart of my daily routine, I normally go to the Dunkin’s by my work, but on some days where I gotta get gas I hit this dunkins, and everytime I eat there the food tastes old, like just not a good food taste, just bad business to be serving stale bread, and maybe even bad meat, you never know.
