To be honest, I’m not sure what to give this Chick-fil-A. I’m going to try my best to be fair. This is a brand new location, and they likely expected the influx of people, but they definitely do not have enough kitchen staff to keep up. This is the first Chick-fil-A that did not move like an Acela train going from Baltimore to DC! The line is just slower than King syrup! Clearly, I’m a glutton for punishment because I’ve been here thrice and they just opened yesterday! And that manager, too that was there yesterday, morning, he fine shhh too with beautiful teeth I wonder is he married? Anyway, We gotta give them a chance to settle in to their new job. Clearly this Chick-fil-A is like a new Parent, still trying to figure out how to be a parent, we just gotta give them some time! Food is still delicious, service is still nice, this probably wasn’t the sweetest review but, it was “my pleasure.”

First order at the new store I am satisfied. Placed the order walked over it was ready within 5-10 minutes, all hot and fresh everything in the bag.

I get here before 10:30 to order breakfast and then get to the guy to order and because waiting so long it’s now after 10:30 and couldn’t order breakfast who wants lunch at 10:30 in the morning smh

Mobile drive thru was slooooooow. Went for breakfast. Ordered after 9:50 with very little breakfast rush, but it took well over 5 minutes. Had one worker running the food out to the mobile lane, as well as taking payment and giving orders in the regular lane. For the time it took, I don’t see the point. Maybe it’s still too new ♀️ food was up to Chick-fil-A standards though!
