I had an amazing experience at the brand-new Taco Bell in Lake Alfred! The restaurant is spotless, the service is fast, and the food came out fresh and hot. What really made my visit stand out was Mrs. Kim—she was incredibly kind, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome. You can tell she cares about the customers and runs a tight ship. This location is a great addition to the area, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Mrs. Kim and the team, for setting the bar high!

I accidentally placed the a order at another location. When I got to the window I was told to cancel that order and reorder it for this location to be picked up through the drive-thru which I did but when the reorder went through it ordered a couple of items twice. I explained that to the people at the window, as well as the manager and showed them the other order, and told them that there was 20 extra dollars worth the food on my order that I did not want. I initially asked to be refunded and only receive the $27 worth the food. Thadius told me they could not help me with that I would have to cancel it on my order through the app but yet they proceeded to check my order out so that I could not cancel it. Then I asked if I could get the extra $20 in a gift card and they told me they couldn’t help me with that either. They proceeded to give me only the food that was in the FIRST order minus the drinks and asked me to pull out of the driveway because they didn’t like the way i was speaking as I was upset about my money. Then he proceeded to tell me to leave in a tone as if there would be consequences if i didn’t. I explained to them that I was not going to leave and give them 20 extra dollars and not get the food and that either I get my refund back or I wanted all the food. Now I’m out of almost $50 & stuck with extra food i didn’t order plus i had to go back a 3rd time because they were so in a hurry that they didn’t give me my drinks. There’s no number to contact anyone in charge of this location and the app only lets me put in complaints for no one to call me back and resolve them. Very disappointed! I would give this location 0 stars if possible. Save your money and spend the 5 extra minutes to go down the rd to Auburndale location if you want good customer service.

Came in 3 workers joking and laughing at drive thru window… with no drive thru customers… i waited at counter 5 minutes while they just looked at me and grinned… then all 3 went to back… i waited 3 more minutes noone returned… so i started taking pictures… with intention of leaving terrible review.
Nice looking store… just not functional.
Seems that if you do not use the Kiosk you get no service… they didnt even bother to advise me that was what i needed to do if i wanted to order…
This place sucks… i drove to Taco Bell on Hwy 27 Haines City… spoke to the manager as i was ordering my food… she says they are a different company been open about 2 months and i was the third person she has spoken with directly that complained.
I guess they will be wondering why this new Taco Bell falls short on quota sales… maybe have to downsize the staff… dont think they will have enough return business to keep numbers up.

The workers are young and unprofessional. If you have any allergies stay far away. They think it’s funny to serve someone something that could kill them. They definitely need a professionalism and food safety training. They are young so I was willing to give them a pass but if I had not checked the food I would be on my way to the hospital.

This Taco Bell has the worst customer service. I just went to the Auburndale location, and the difference was night and day — they were friendly, helpful, and made my iced coffee just how I wanted it.
Here in Lake Alfred, especially with the same employee Ashley these last two visits, it’s always bad service. She’s rude, sarcastic, doesn’t greet you or say thank you, and acts like she’s giving you food for free. When I asked about the vanilla iced coffee, she said it “doesn’t exist,” and refused to make the Cinnabon one sweeter. She looked miserable, half asleep, and her uniform was dirty.
If she doesn’t like her job, maybe it’s time to find something else because her attitude ruins everything.

Just went there and they didn’t want to make a fresh chalupa for me in the drive thru. Cashier said I have to go inside because take 10 minutes to make a fresh chalupa. For real since when, I used to work at TB and to fry a chalupa it’s like 35 seconds.

This was my first time having Taco Bell in a while however I came here recently after skating with a full car of me and friends the food was extremely well I loved the nachos with jalapeños I believe it was two employees that were absolutely helpful I believe it was the white female with black hair and another female with red braids and tattoos the service was fast and we got the extra napkins we asked for, I’ll recommend this to a friend

The food great, the speed also great but the young girl with the red braids and chinese tatoo is very rude, this is the third time we go at night and she rush us while taking our order, then we get to window and she made a comment of” Does this people dont have a house or something that they have to come here” i dont get how tacobell still got her working there, this was around 9:55pm the receipt said her name Autumn , i think i dont want to come around night shift anymore

They didn’t get my order correct, and therefore, since we went through the drive-through and they put everything on my husband’s taco that he asked them not to, we were unable to eat our lunch that we paid for. They even had the correct way to make our order on our receipt; they just didn’t care to do their job correctly. Very disappointed.

Everytime I order from here they mess up the order badly. It makes the food inedible because they don’t make food correctly. My son is lactose intolerant and everytime time I order no cheese it comes with cheese. That is one example of the mistakes they made today.
